This place is a scam. Avoid it.
Pros:

This place has fallen off, every time I stay here they find any small imperfection with the room in order to not return my deposit.

Cons:

Management is a joke. The front desk told me it is ok to check out early and get a refund but then I try to submit a claim to get a 1 night refund since I left 1 night early. And now they refuse to give me my money. AVOID this place at all cost. Plus price went up on this location like crazy. Not worth it for a 2 star hotel!!! Never coming back again

The moment we arrived and walked in the room, I knew we had over payed.

The staff was nice

Cons:

The bed was hard as a rock and it was dirty. We found hair on the pillows and they had a funky smell. The sheets were torn. I understand if the hotel is a little old school but the beds you can update from time to time and make sure pillows are clean and comfortable. We could not get a good nights sleep on any of the nights we stayed. And we ended up leaving a couple days before our reservation, cutting our stay short at hotel velario. I’m sorry but I would not stay there again.

I have been this hotel for 25 years. I need time to change hotel

I called the heater problem but employee didn’t answer by the phone for long time. So I asked front desk that I need change room where the heater is working
