Parking at Wilson’s down the road, however hotel provided a 1 day discounted voucher.
Check in was a little clunky. Recepion wrote the wrong room number on the card. Needed to return to reception for correct room number. Room service was terrible. No QR code or ordering available in room. Apparently was missing? Called room service too three attempts to finally get an answer. Meal arrived soon after (average at best). Forgot the beer and two waters. Returned only with the beer and needed to return with the waters.
I would have rated "good", but minutes from entering room on top floor, front desk called to say we had been given the wrong room and moved us to lowest floor to a room for disabled.
Very central which was great.
The bed was very soft. Everything else great.

Lovely hotel but a little dated. Wanted to stream our own movie, the TV are dated and not able
Location is fantastic, Rundle Mall across the road. Restaurants and bars at every corner, room was spacious as was the bathroom. Bed was very comfortable.
TV was glitchy would freeze, the WIFI would drop in and out. We had a lovely sitting room on entry to our room, absolutely no wifi access there, only main bedroom had internet access.
Fluffy bathrobes and slippers, big comfy bed, big tele, amenities that smell nice and include an actual cake of soap (love this!), even lots of hooks to hang things like towels, and a mini bar with included snacks and drinks.
Well located, too!
