A short Rundle stay wish I had more time
Pros:

This hotel was in the perfect location close to the shopping & night life.
The beds are soft, you melted into them.
The pillows were large, hard/medium filling.
There was tea and coffee, kettle,
An iron & board, robes to wear, a safe to use,
The room we used had two queen beds.
Overlooking the rooftops of buildings,
It was close to a few good food places for a quick bit to eat.

Cons:

There was mould in the grout on the shower wall in some areas , just needs to be cleaned better.

Everything good but no hot water for shower was incredibly frustrating.
Pros:

Bed nice and room clean and good size.

Cons:

I had no hot water. Which was particularly upsetting given I was up at 4am to catch a flight.

Overall very enjoyable.
Pros:

Location was fantastic. So central to so many things. Hotel facilities were lovely, and very nice.

Cons:

The wall was covered in dust in our room - you could physically wipe it off. Uncomfortable pillows.

Lovely hotel and staff
Pros:

The hotel was lovely, well presented and stylish. It was in a great location. The down stairs restaurant was good too. The staff were all lovely, very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

My only criticism is the carpet in my room which was quite stained.

A beautiful hotel for a staycation, to relax and get a comfy sleep with great service.
Pros:

The rooms were very clean. The beds were made well, and very comfortable. The complimentary mini bar is great for a quick refresh. Shower has great water pressure and nice bath and body products supplied. Staff were all very polite and helpful.

Cons:

The rooms facing King William St had loud traffic noise late at night, which the hotel can not help. Most noise settled around 11pm.

Cons:

It was tired and overpriced for what they offer. Some of the attributes seem oversold such as a 4 way shower system which is just a showerhead with different jet functions. No smart TVs or streaming which isn’t critical but for 5 stars should be minimum.

Staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

I paid for a premium room based on description and pictures. When checking in was told I had been given an accessible room. Upon entering the room it was dirty, table tops and floors not cleaned properly. There was no bath tub and shower was not a cubicle but rather a curtain to pull across. To the staff members credit she agreed to change my room. The next room I was given was equally as grubby and tired. I think for the price this hotel is due for a refresh.
