- EU power adapter available in the room

- The loby could be better
- no gym 24/7 available
- Some dust in the room

CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

THE MAYFAIR WAS HOME BASE AND OVERNIGHT FOR OUR BIG BASH/NEW YEAR'S EVE CELEBRATIONS.

THE MOST COMFORTABLE HOTEL BED I'VE EVER SLEPT IN.

THE ROOMS ARE WONDERFUL AND THE STAFF EXCELLENT.

COMPARED TO WHAT YOU PAY AT RUNDOWN HOTELS ELSEWHERE IN THE ADELAIDE CBD, THIS IS EXCEPTIONAL VALUE FOR MONEY.

If we had the second room from the start our review would have been higher.
Pros:

Location and rooftop bar, room service was good

Cons:

The first room was not like the King Suite picture in booking.com which I let the staff know. The sitting room area was not usable. It was as you walked in the door and was pokey and dark. The movies didn’t work and they moved us to another room which was a lot better and looked like the picture advertised on booking.com. Also the first room we had to ring twice about the hot water not working.

Value for money
Pros:

Clean spacious room, limited storage but not the worst of the 4 hotels we had in Australia. Best eggs as with all the others eggs to order, but unlike the others these were brought straight away on hot plates. Fruit selection limited but always good quality. Location very good, staff all very helpful.

Cons:

Not enough storage particularly for hanging dresses jackets etc.

Had several luke warm showers. Hot water seemed to be a bit of an issue. Thank goodness it was summer.
Had a coworker who also had the same issue in their room also.
