Pros:

La gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel. Très attentifs au bien être des clients. Excellent petit déjeuner, très complet. Roof top agréable avec petite piscine. Je recommande cet hôtel sans problème.

Pros:

Breakfast was varied enough.
Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Staff was helpful.
The hotel is central so location is good, although we suffered from the traffic.

Cons:

There is this rule that if you take a room for 1 adult and 2 children, if one child is above 6 then he is not entitled to breakfast. But this is across ALL Accor hotel so not particular to this specific hotel.

Pros:

Friendly staff. Some went out of their way to remember me and accommodate some odd requests. Eg. Restaurant manager very kindly prepared some pastries and a coffee for me for my 4:30 am departure.

Cons:

Very small thing, but the public toilet on the Ground Floor was very poorly maintained when I used it: both toilet stalls were dirty, one had no toilet paper, one hand soap was empty and the bin to throw paper towels away wouldn’t open without you having to use your hands to open it, which defeats the point.

Otherwise, a very clean room and restaurant!
