Moyen pour un hotel du groupe accord

Les lits confortables, la piscine, le petit déjeuner en buffet varié, la connexion internet

Cons:

On avait demandé un lit d'appoint pour notre enfant mais en arrivant vers 23h ils ne l’avaient pas prévu on a dû attendre alors qu’on était épuisé avec un enfant
Le réveil n’avait pas été arrêté du coup réveillé a 4h20 du matin ! Et pour clore la femme de chambre qui vient taper a la porte à 8h30 en insistant jusqu'à ce que l’on ouvre pour nous demander si on avait du linge a laver !
Bref on était venu passer une bonne nuit avant de prendre l’avion pour paris un gros raté !!!
Le responsable nous a quand même offert le petit déjeuner pour compenser mais on est épuisé

You can never feel more welcomed when you’re at Mercure Cikini

Un peu cher à mon goût. Piscine vraiment très agréable.
Pros:

Le personnel est très gentil. La piscine est très agréable avec une belle vue.

Cons:

Nous avions demandé un lit bébé. Il était en très mauvais état. Une barre latérale était cassée. Nous avons également eu une chambre juste en face de la voir ferrée. Avec deux enfants en bas âge nous n’étions pas content car les trains sont quand même bruyant pour le sommeil.
