Amazing hotel, great location and fair price

Annual sister's weekend escape!
Pros:

This is our 10th year returning the the Saratoga Springs Embassy Suites and it never disappoints! The staff is always welcoming and friendly and the rooms are large and comfortable. Our favorite part is the breakfast!

Cons:

While I understand they are renovating and so this may be a result of the that, this year there was very little furniture in the suite. We always get a corner suite plus 1-2 other rooms for our sister's weekend, gathering in the large suite; this year we had to sit on the floor.

Overall it was good. I wish we had a better room for the price we paid.
Pros:

The staff was excellent. The position of our room was not great. There was so much noise throughout the night from the trucks/ cars, ecc. outside. We were in the back of the hotel in room 235.
Also, the sofa was very uncomfortable.
The beds however, were comfortable, and I did love the soap dispensers in the shower/ sink area. The gym was also great as was all of the staff. Everyone was extremely helpful.

It was beautiful the rooms were very clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was excellent as well

Cons:

The hotel didn’t have my booking information. They told me Booking.com did not send it to them.

Pros:

It was a clean and tranquil hotel. The staff were amazing. They were extremely knowledgeable of the area and friendly.

Cons:

I booked this hotel because of the indoor pool. My wife loves to swim. It was unfortunately out of service during our stay. I would have tried to book another place if I had known.
