Amazingly friendly staff, beautiful room/suite, great value for money, close to everything
Pros:

Very good breakfast, amazing staff, friendly and forthcoming, and excellent value for money. We will visit Saratoga just to stay in the property.

Cons:

The only negative was the hallways going to the rooms weren't clean

Nearby the city center, across the street from CVS in case I needed last minute items. The free drink and breakfast was a nice touch.

The pool was too cold for my kids to play in.

Check out was not smooth. The lady had to ask for help on how to even print a receipt. Also for the price I would have expected more amenities like a hot tub and sauna room etc

Well located to the Broadway Av of Saratoga!
Comfortable bed and delicious breakfast!

Cons:

We have not been served at the bar for a drink because we were placed at a table and not at the bar ! Not really understandable!

Bon arrêt à mi parcours NY / Montréal.
Pros:

Emplacement ideal entre Montreal et New York pour un arrest a mi parcours ! Bon petit déjeuner avec le choix de faire son omelette , gaufre ou pancake !

Cons:

La literie était moyenne malgré la taille du Queen Bed .
Pas de jambon ni de fromage en tranche au petit déjeuner.
