Embassy Suites Saratoga Springs

A beautiful facility. Staff was welcoming and friendly. The complimentary breakfadt was amazing. The omlette chef completed tge experience with his passion and friendliness. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the complimentary "happy hour" was a nice surprise.

The breakfast was great, not only the food, but the attending staff were exceptional.

Three nights in paradise! It doesn't get any better at an Embassy Suites, and this one met the standards! You'll find friendly staff, outstanding rooms, enjoyable every-evening complementary socials, and superb restaurant with first-class wait-service at bar and table. From the time we checked in with a warm welcome, to the time we were bid safe journey as we left, everything and everyone gave us top-notch service. From the front desk staff, to John, the maintenance expert, to Melissa, the responsive housekeeper, every team member we interacted with seemed to want to make sure our stay was perfect in every way, and they did. It's located in town with plenty to see and do, it's convenient to find and affords walkability to the area. I give them a grade of A++ with my highest recommendation. You won't want to stay at any other hotel and will return to experience it again.

Clean, quiet, affordable, current, with free made to order breakfast and conveniently located to the main avenue - what more could you want in a hotel in Saratoga Springs? Staff were warm and helpful, plenty of free, easy parking, with a complimentary reception each night with light snacks and a complimentary drink as well. Would stay again absolutely.

We enjoyed our stay so much, we didn't want to leave. Everything was amazing, friendly staff, fabulous breakfast, our room was so clean, the location was perfect!

The breakfast and evening cocktail reception were both great! The two room suite was spacious and comfortable. The place was just in greedy shape it more or less felt like it was in new condition.

Checked into the hotel on July 1st. We left our bags in the room and when we came back from lunch, the thermostat was registering 77 degrees. I took a quick shower (very slippery tub because there were no grip strips so I had to hold on to the grab bar) then called the front desk. Engineer came and “fixed the A/C” and “reset the refrigerator” (which wasn’t working either).

10 minutes after the engineer “took care” of these things, the thermostat went up to 79 degrees. Then a phone call from the front desk saying that they were changing our room.

New room issues: broken tile on the bathroom floor, loose tile on the bathroom floor(dangerous), bathtub faucet not secured to the wall, grip pad on bathtub floor is pulling away), and very slow drainage in the tub while showering. The water fills up pretty quickly so most showers are taken with water up to our ankles. This morning at 9:30, I asked the front desk if they could send someone to fix the drainage problem. We went out and came back at 1:30pm and nothing has been done.

I know that this is not a luxury hotel chain, but I expected the maintenance to be up to date.

Breakfast was delicious!

Stayed for one night as part of a larger road trip through NY State. Very large hotel but not overwhelming. Quiet halls and spacious suites. Evening reception is a nice touch and excellent breakfast options. Very well staffed so needs met quickly.

Lexi of the front desk went above and beyond to return a medically necessary pillow that was left behind earlier today. She understands superior service and is the reason, along with her team, why this is such a great hotel! Brava!
