Pros:

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room we got had a great space and was very clean, beds very comfortable.

Cons:

The key it's not the best, if you are in the room and your partner needs to go outside the hotel, you are rather locked in the room or can't lock it... It's quite uncomfortable. The queen bed size was small for a couple.

Superb hospitality and service. Really comfortable rooms.
Pros:

The staff are really personable. The food is really tasty, and served in huge portions (unless you ask for smaller). Nothing is too much trouble.

Cons:

They are refurbishing. It looks really good now. It’ll be amazing when they are finished.

Pros:

The food in the bar is great, highly recommend. Location was perfect for what we needed. Cooked breakfast is excellent. Service is quick. Free parking.

Cons:

The coffee is very bad. You can pay an additional €4.20 for a descent coffee at breakfast if you wish. The continental part of the breakfast is pointless, get rid of it. There is no need, the cooked breakfast is great, stick with that.
