Superior to every hotel in Dublin. Excellent location, peaceful yet central. Vibes off the charts. Excellent staff, Nyra (spelling, so sorry) on reception was exceptional at her job and was so helpful and welcoming.

Pros:

Das Fitnessstudio war sehr groß und man hatte viel Auswahl.
Das bett war gemütlich

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber.
Der boden hat geklebt.
Das Waschbecken war dreckig.
Es ist sehr laut in der Nacht weil gleich daneben eine Disco ist.
Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht das haben wir nicht bekommen!

The fact that there was construction works and renovation inside the hotel and next to it. The noise that we had to wake up to was ridiculous.

The room we were given had the most awful odour in it. They did change the room which was good.
I was told upon checkin that breakfast was €20 and my children were free, then at checkout I was charged extra for my breakfast and had to pay for my children’s food too, bad customer service that one staff member says one thing and another says another, was extremely disappointed in this

Great location and value for money, just be aware it will be loud!
Pros:

Great location, staff were friendly friendly and helpful. Our room was ready early upon arrival which was a great help.

Cons:

A little bit dated in parts eg the bathroom. Didn't like in the gym/pool area you had to walk through the gym to go to sauna. Very noisy at night but we knew that when booking.
