Such a beautiful hotel with beautiful young people who cared about their job and did it well.
Pros:

My room was beautiful, it was all I needed and more. EVERYTHING was amazing.

Cons:

The one thing I would say is (I don't stay at hotels often so maybe I need to do so more) the snacks on the table, including water, didn't say they were complementary so I didn't touch them.

Absolutely fabulous, staff on arrival were lovely and kind, it’s so close to the city centre and good value for money

I loved the location and the style of the hotel, beautiful interior and nicely decorated with a classy and warm cozy style

We never got around to using the facilities provided wish we had more time

Great location and value for the location. Excellent food at Sophie's, and nice bar in the lobby. Another restaurant just opened in the annex, beautiful setting and the menu looked great. Great location in the city center, close to shops, bars and restaurants.
