We booked a twin family room, but upon arrival, we were given a single room !!!!. After an hour, they offered another room on a different floor for our two small children, which wasn't feasible. We ended up cancelling the second room and staying in one small room. Unfortunately, we weren't refunded any money for the discrepancy. We hope you'll improve your booking process and customer service.

Duş başlığına yapıştırılmış sakız vardı? Bunu yapanın ayıbı başka fakat temizlik personeli hiç mi dikkat etmemiş? Klozetin de sadece içi temizdi dışı çok kirliydi. Lavabonun temizliği yeterli değildi. Musluk eviyeleri berbat vaziyetteydi. Duşun camları da kirliydi. Anlaşılan sadece yatağa temiz çarşaf geçirip süpürge atıp çıkıyorlar. Ücretini hak ettiğini kesinlikle düşünmüyorum. Sadece restoran çok temizdi. Çalışanları güler yüzlüydü. Fakat ilk girdiğim gün resepsiyondaki hanımefendi çamaşırlarımın yıkanıp ertesi güne yetiştirileceğini gayet emin bir şekilde belirtip çamaşırlarımı aldırdığı halde ertesi gün resepsiyondaki beyefendi çok kaba bir şekilde yıkanamayacağını bildirip çamaşırları geri göndertti. Bir daha yolum düşerse asla tercih etmem.
