La habitación sin reformar y colchón duro

Cons:

El buffet pésimo y muy poca variedad y me fui del hotel a las 7 horas de llegar no pienso volver

Pros:

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout, ce qui rend les déplacements très pratiques. Le petit déjeuner est varié et de bonne qualité, il y en a pour tous les goûts.

Cons:

Cependant, je souhaite signaler un point important : à mon retour en fin de soirée, j’ai constaté que la porte de ma chambre était restée ouverte toute la journée. (Sachant que je l'avais bien fermé) Heureusement, je n’ai rien constaté de manquant, mais j’ai eu beaucoup de chance (effet personnel dedans) mais le personnel a été très agréable et à l'écoute et a fait le nécessaire pour plus que ça se reproduise

La verdad que todos los camareros Rocío Jesús oascar la verdad que todos un encanto la Mary todos no me acuerdo de los nombres pero en todo momento de 10 todos

Que hay poco control con el tema de no fumar en la piscina hay una zona habilitada y la gente está con los vapeadores en la zona de la piscina que no se puede fumar o el tema de poco control con los que dejan las toallas en las amacas se marchan 4 horas y fastidian a los que viene porque están ocupadas y encima de tenerlas 4 horas ocupadas viene y las recogen y se largan de la piscina

Nice stay the food was excellent staff friendly and the roof top bar amazing views
Pros:

Lovely food rooms cleaned daily to a good level

Cons:

The limited drinks in the all inclusive should be able to drink though out the day and not just at meals
There is not enough seating in the bar area only 20 chairs

Would I go back. Probably not.
Pros:

Was clean and not far from beach.
Rooftop pool bar was nice,great views, especially to see sunset.

Cons:

Food ok not a lot of choice.
The 3 drinks with lunch and 3 with dinner is ok if you want to drink them in the 1.30 hr you get for lunch, be better if you were allowed your 6 drinks in the all/inc allowance to be had when you felt like it. ( and not everyone likes wine and lager.) They give you a card to be marked off anyway each time you use it.

J’ai adoré mon séjour à Majorque. L’île est magnifique et l’hôtel très bien placé pour les visites
Pros:

Hors saison c’était parfait rapport qualité/prix pour visiter Majorque. Le personnel est très agréable, disponible et adorable. La literie est confortable et les chambres propres et bien tenues. Je ne conseillerais pas S’arenal en pleine saison car ça doit être un lieu de fête et ce n’est pas ce que je recherche mais l’hôtel est très bien.

Cons:

Il n’est pas facile de stationner son véhicule près de l’hôtel et je conseillerais d’insonoriser les chambres car on entend très très bien les voisins.
