A 3-nights stay at the Basel Art Fare
Pros:

Location. A nice breakfast in a courtyard. Walking distance from old city and of Art Fare. There is a small parking (need to reserve in advance) with a EV charger.

Cons:

There was no A/C and just a noisy fan near our bed to assist during a heat wave. Room was small.
Staff could be a bit more helpful.
