Nettes Hotel zentral in Basel.
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Location, freundliche Mitarbeiter, Möglichkeit einen Parkplatz dazuzubuchen.
Zimmer modern ausgestattet, sauber und ruhig (zum Innenhof), Getränke in der Minibar und Kaffee in der Lobby.

Cons:

Die härteste Matraze auf der ich je geschlafen habe, und, trotz winterlichen Temperaturen und offenem Fenster, war das Zimmer sehr heiss. Wir haben die Heizung runtergedreht, hat aber nichts genützt.

Uitstekend hotel voor een citytrip Basel.
Pros:

Een overweldigend goed ontbijt.
Goede matras.
Uitstekende ligging om de stad te voet te verkennen.

Cons:

Kamer erg warm en onmogelijk om de raam open te zetten gezien de drukkere straat.

Kostenlose Minibar, tolles Frühstück, super gelegen für Besuche in der Grenzacherstrasse. Tolles Entgegenkommen das Auto länger zu parken oder Dokumente bis zum nächsten morgen ausdrucken zu lassen. Rundum toller Service!

Pros:

Die Extras (kostenlose Warmgetränke den ganzen Tag), der späte Check-Out und das die ausgedehnte Frühszückszeit sind sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Personal schien mir teilweise etwas unmotiviert. Das Zimmer war im Verhältnis überteuert.

Sehr zentral, guter Service, kleines aber sehr praktisches und komfortables Zimmer mit einem 1A Bad. Toller kostenfreier Kaffee in der Lobby.

Cons:

Chauffage dans la chambre caniculaire impossible de dormir sans ouvrir la fenêtre.

Nice experience
Pros:

The location was good and they offer free ticket to the public transportation in the city (trams and buses, including the airport bus). We learned that this is usual in Switzerland. But it’s a nice thing. They also offer free thè (high quality) and coffee and the you can drink the content of the monibar, no charge (2 coke, 2 water, 1 beer).

Cons:

The bed was a bit soft for us, but it’s very unique for an individual what he/she prefers. So it’s not really a complaint just an information for those who prefer harder matracess.
