Great hotel.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room, great location and view, and an excellent breakfast. Good value for money.

Pros:

Отель расположен на набережной, от вокзала 7 минут пешком, можно спуститься с улицы вниз на лифте или по лестнице, недалеко от памятника Фредди Меркьюри, номер был с шикарным видом на озеро, отелю больше 100 лет, но все чисто, опрятно, постельное белье, чайник в номере, неплохой завтрак, очень гостеприимный персонал, администратор на ресепшене. Акустика замечательная, слышно соседей, но ночью было тихо, есть лифт и итальянский ресторан на первом этаже.

Es war toll
Pros:

Die Lage ist einmalig
Direkt Balkon direkt zum wunderbaren See

Cons:

WC zu klein und Deckel musste man immer halten schwierig zum absitzen und aufstehen
Ansonsten tipptopp gute Zimmerreinigung
frisches Frühstück und tolle Bilder im ganzen Haus!

Très bon rapport qualité prix.
Pros:

Le personnel est très aimable et très réactif. J’ai pu encore laisser ma valise toute la journée et la récupérer en fin de journée, ce que j’ai beaucoup apprécié.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner a été apporté un peu tardivement le dimanche matin suite à un petit couac, mais qui a été rapidement résolu.

A fantastic selection for breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing we didn't like but I would suggest a full length mirror in the rooms would be very helpful
