Supuestamente incluían desayuno por noche y solo nos dieron un día , los precios de los desayunos me parecen algo elevados ,aunque tienen buen sabor ...no servía una luz de mi recámara y solo me dijeron que tenía corto , Pero no hicieron algo para repararlo , la regadera sale muy poca agua , la alberca no está climatizada y no puedes meter alimentos a la zona de la alberca , Pero tampoco te dan opción de ellos venderte ... Las almohadas muy incómodas ... El punto bueno es que está muy cerca del centro 🫰

La ubicación y que esta limpia la ropa de cama y toallas. También el desayuno esta bueno sí lo pides a la carta.

Cons:

Deberían invertir para climatizar la alberca en invierno es un tanto fría y no se puede disfrutar. En general modernizar el diseño de interiores en las recamaras, por ejemplo las pantallas son viejas y no se pueden conectar con el celular.

El agua de la regadera tarda mucho en calentar (de esta forma se desperdicia el agua). No nos dieron otra habitación aunque queríamos dar la diferencia de precio.

La atención del personal y las instalaciones son bonitas. El restaurante es muy rico y en general es un hotel muy tranquilo y lindo.

Cons:

La habitación olía mucho a humedad, aunque abriendo las ventanas y puertas, se quita. Por otro lado el colchón estaba muy duro.

Una estancia para un par de noches, cumple con ser un alojamiento en el centro.
Pros:

El desayuno es normal. El café malísimo. Aunque la señorita de la recepción fue muy amable en cambiarlo, el café que preparan es solo agua. Iba a un congreso y quería iniciar mejor el día.

Cons:

La cama es incómoda. La alberca la cerraban muy temprano, no la pude aprovechar. No me dieron factura, aunque la pedí por whasapp, nunca respondieron.
