Fantastica estancia
Pros:

El servicio de todas las personas que trabajan en el hotel, la disponibilidad para ayudar a resolver algunos inconvenientes fue realmente inmediata. Es un hotel muy acogedor y emblemático en la ciudad de Cuernavaca, su arquitectura y vegetación merece visitarlo.
Los desayunos son riquísimos de auténtica cocina mexicana: las quesadillas son hechas a mano.

Cons:

La linea de wifi non funciona desde algunas habitaciones, es necesario ir a las zonas comunes.

Es muy céntrico las habitaciones son con diferentes decoraciones ya que estuve cambiando de habitaciones por diversos temas ya que la habitación que me dieron tenía que bajar escaleras y en este momento estoy lesionada de mi rodilla y mi tobillo por lo cual pedí que me cambiarán después mi esposo me alcanzó me cambiaron de ha itacion nuevamente pero está tenía tema con el baño me volvieron a cambiar sin embargo el personal muy atento la alberca muy limpia ni fia ni caliente ..
