Couldn’t sleep a wink 🥺
Pros:

Great location and reasonable price

Cons:

The pillows were smelly and the noise from a number of motors turning on and off during the night was hideous

Great location, staff were lovely but definitely bring an eye mask

The location was brilliant and the room was clean

Cons:

There was so many flies in the room. I think they came through the air con. Also the blinds didn’t shut properly and as the hotel was located in central Sydney it was like the light was on all night. The hotel could definitely do with blackout blinds

Cons:

Construction in the hotel began at 5am. Sleep was disrupted by heavy machinery. Had I known you were renovating, i would have stayed elsewhere

Still yet to hear back from the email i sent notifying you of my less than satisfactory stay.

Excellent value for money in a brilliant location
Pros:

the location was excellent, very central, so close to most things

Cons:

It was quite noisy other guests making lots of noise plus banging and drilling from the building next door at 530 in the morning. the hotel and staff itself were lovely

Staff were super friendly.

Cons:

While the room was spacious and clean, it absolutely reeked of damp, so much so I went and bought an air freshner. Walls are paper thin, old mate next door snored like a champion all night. So I went back to the store and got ear plugs.

no hotel reception or front desk, just a pub/bar attendant and only during bar hours. no room phone to call guest services. no elevator and not accessibility friendly. shower, sink, and toilet water ran dry. Squeky noise on floor when walking
