I stayed at the Hotel from 14th Sep to 19th Sep and it was quite an amazing experience. The behaviour of the staffs right from check-in to check out was very cordial and service was very much professional.

An okay stay.
Pros:

The staff were nice and helpful, but the hotel itself wasn't as good as we expected and saw from the photos. The reception area is small and unappealing. On our first night, there was an alarm that kept on ringing constantly, somewhere in the corridors. We couldn't rest for even an hour. On top of that, the elevators on hour floor were disabled (due to the alarm). Turns out someone is smoking in a non-smoking room.
The breakfast was okay, but not good.

Property itself was fantastic. The staff was great, facilities were functional, clean and well presented. The room was spacious and nice. Had a good view. The food at the restaurant was amazing! The hotel location was slightly out of the way and away from walkable dining options. Across the highway had more selections, there is also a mall near by that had some options. Starbucks was walking distance tho.
Parking is no issue, lots of spaces. In the future I would probably stay elsewhere only for dining options and walkable areas, otherwise the hotel was great, no complaints.

Service orientation but missed the local touch
Pros:

Ibis Seef was perfect for my stay. Convenient location, cosy rooms, wonderful service. Was even checked in much before time, so why am I complaining?
Well, it’s because none of the staff had any local knowledge! A simple question on what I can do in Bahrain and I was told to go walk in the mall! Seriously?
All it needs is training 1-2 people to answer such questions and have a small map / print out to give that special touch.

Ibis Seef Manama was wonderful. The front desk staff was very warm receptive and helpful. The breakfast was greatwith a wide variety to choose from. Rooms were very clean and that is very big for me. Overall I loved my time spent.

Pros:

Lack of separate soap for face and body made me basically never consider this hotel chain anymore.
Also the room was extra tiny, but that was not worse than them saving on the soap .
Bed could have been better .

Pros:

Booked the room purely for a early meeting next day. Very basic hotel with basic room facilities. It served my needs but there is nothing around the hotel you need to UBER.
My one complaint is on arrival there is a memo telling you the pool is shut due to maintenance. This should be shown on thier website as its a facility you can not use but is part of the price. Be aware of the new tourist tax which you pay extra on arrival of BD 3.3 per day.

Affordable clean stay
Pros:

I got an upgrade for Seaview room which was free of charge and appreciated. The hotel is clean except for small stain spot on the carpets. The prices are affordable.
