Funcionários muito atenciosos, preparados e super dispostos a ajudar. Café da manhã bem variado.

O primeiro quarto que nos foi oferecido estava com a janela quebrada (não travava), como estávamos no térreo e éramos duas mulheres no quarto não me senti segura apesar da informação vinda da recepção de que o local do hotel era muito seguro. Quando expressei minha preocupação, prontamente se dispuseram a nos realocar, no novo quarto o interfone não funcionava e caso quiséssemos falar com a recepção teríamos que nos deslocar até lá, o que não foi um problema já que ficamos bem próximas de lá. Já no fim da hospedagem notei alguns problemas no quarto, nada que nos incomodou pelo tempo que estávamos lá, mas que vale a atenção da administração, como por exemplo: água caindo do ar-condicionado e alguns pontos de morfo na porta do banheiro e no banheiro.

Pros:

I love the big breakfast buffet each morning with a lot of variety. Maintenance took care of a simple light bulb in the vanity although I said it wasn't necessary. Friendly, efficient staff. Rooms cleaned in a timely manner.

Cons:

No complaints. Would prefer having a face cloth and hand towels offered along with the bath towels. I like to use a hand towel to dry my hands after washing up at the sink.

Good if on a budget
Pros:

Overall nice stay. Strong air conditioning, friendly staff and commutable location to my destination.

Cons:

The room was not particularly clean (sheets and bathroom) and the WiFi was very slow.
