Nice rooms for the price. Breakfast was quite good. The front desk arranged our island hopping day, which went well.
The hotel processed our laundry. Rp550,000 seemed excessive for three small piles of clothes.

Location
Only the location was good, just 1 min opposite walk to Tanjung Pandan beach.
Overall service of the hotel was poor.
WiFi was very weak specially in the room.
Deluxe room was mentioned sea view but it was fully interrupted by trees, no sea view.
Twin room was mentioned in the booking time with sea view but at the reception said, no twin room has sea view option.
We took deluxe double room, the room size was good but wash room door was slightly broken.
At breakfast time, the live food section cook was not available for 10 mins or so, we had to notify them multiple times to appear.
Breakfast menu was very limited & inadequate.
Overall air condition of the hotel was not good at all, specially at the lobby.
Room A/C was not cooling adequately.
One of our room A/C was leaking with water, had to call mechanic to fix.
Swimming pool area service was worst, we had to wait & notify 4/5 times to get few towels.

The location is very good, close to the beach, busy center and eating areas but it's quite. Complete and varied breakfast, comfortable rooms with smooth warm water. I will return to this hotel again.

Curtains is damage should be replaced as soon as possible. Bathroom walls sometime is sleepery, probably never wash.
The staff were excellent, it was clean, plenty of choice at breakfast, internet wasn't great, but all in all enjoyed my stay

The bed on the upgraded room after one hour trying to cancel my booking due allocated room was smelly, untidy, without working TV, was nice and comfortable.
