Pros:

Nice and clean hotel.

Cons:

Booking.com's information states that the room price includes use of the executive lounge. Unfortunately, this is incorrect information.

Nice hotel, but needs a bit of improvement
Pros:

Good size room, nice and clean. Nice service from porters

Cons:

Breakfast: not many options, we started our breakfast at 8:00 am and many pots were run-out of food.
The bed was a bit noisy, maybe ( needs to buy a new) and one more pillow on each side.

Day shifts crews are perfect late night crew need more training to know how to welcoming guests
Pros:

Morning breakfast is good different soup every day the cook very pleasant and the days staff was very attentive and helpful thank you all

Cons:

Room has a slight odour when the air conditioning wasn’t on, key cards kept malfunction; I’ve issues with one of the key card they tried to reprogram it and wasn’t returned beck to me and when I check out they tried to charge me for lost key card lol not professional in this situation for guest experience.

My stay could have been better had the staff taken some time to assist their guests
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious and a good variety. Location was not so great, far away from most attractions

Cons:

The room allocated to me was without a window, had a damp smell and there was small bugs flying around. I also requested an invoice for my stay, and their management team could not assist.
