Pros:

Было очень приятно остановиться в этом отеле. Персонал очень вежливый и всегда готов помочь. Номера чистые, уборка проводится каждый день, всё очень комфортно. Расположение отеля очень удобное. Завтраки вкусные, разнообразные и всегда свежие. Отдельная благодарность Бекмирзе — очень внимательный сотрудник, который всегда был готов помочь. Обязательно приедем снова!

It was a very pleasant stay. The staff were very polite and always ready to help. The rooms were clean and cleaned every day, everything was comfortable. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt, alles war sehr komfortabel. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr praktisch. Das Frühstück war lecker, abwechslungsreich und frisch. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Bekmirza — sehr aufmerksam und immer bereit zu helfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Pros:

One of the best hotels in Bishkek. They have really high international standards. Staff really kindly gave us much better room with perfect view at the sister hotel. However we still could join really good breakfast at the seventh floor of this building. Location is in heart of Bishkek close to everything. They had good sauna, sports room. Everything new, carefully all details are thoughtful.

Even though we stayed only for 1 night it was really nice. Rooms are big, the bed is big and comfortable, and everything is clean. And it is very quiet.
Breakfast was nice, with good options.

Het was prima, wij hebben hier eigenlijk vooral overnacht en ons opgefrist, hierover geen klagen.
Pros:

Prima hotel. Goed en vriendelijk personeel. Wij hadden per abuis te weinig voor de minibar betaalt, dit hebben we achteraf op een vriendelijke manier via digitale betaling kunnen regelen.

Cons:

Ik kon geen wifi code vinden in de hotelkamer.

Quiet and comfortable stay
Pros:

It is conveniently located, clean and quiet. The rooms are spacious and the staff is accommodating - I came in at 3am and they allowed me to have a late checkout of 2pm for no charge!

В гостинице понравилось всё. Останавливаемся с коллегами не первый раз, каждую командировку. Отличный персонал, вкуссные завтраки, чистые и просторные номера. Рекомендую!
