Pros:

- Хороший просторный номер, чисто и комфортно находится 👍
- Вкусная и доступная еда с заказом в номер
- Хорошее расположение в пешей доступности от центра
- Теплый пол в номере

Cons:

- стройка напротив отеля, понимаю что отель не при чем, но звуки строительного инструмента доносятся;
- бассейн находится не в отеле;
- Персоналу нужно ещё поучится сервису, тактичности и манерам - в 11 будит горничная стуком в дверь и спрашивает убирать номер или нет (зачем вообще?); забыли забрать вещи в химчистку хотя сделал акцент девушке на ресепшн в 16, вернувшись в 22 часа все было на месте. Молодцы что исправили ситуацию, поздно в это время парень забрал, но на следующий день не принесли к обеду как просил - по словам админа все было готово и думали я сам позвоню и уточню, то есть сделаю их же работу :)

Сам отель уютный и главное чистый, но больше всего понравился обслуживающий персонал - реагируют очень быстро, вежливые, отзывчивые.

в номере не работала система отопления, масленый радиатор стоял но он не работал.
Pros:

Понравилось то, что в месяц поста они учли вопрос раннего завтрака, молодцы!
