JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach

The JW is a great place to stay. I always feel welcome and cared for. I especially enjoy the Executive Lounge. The bartenders are amazing and great the chat with too. The chefs do a great job with rotating out food choices.

11:00am sat arrival 3-night stay after overseas flight, booked 2 rooms one ready other room promised and delivered before 3pm. Marriott platinum got us immediate executive lounge and then it was off to the pools. 11th floor premier rooms main tower good view and immaculate, bellman delivered luggage and showed us how everything works. Executive lounge is large the food is fantastic plus no kids allowed during evening cocktail service. We enjoyed seafood buffet at Beach Road, also had nice late-night snack at Tonic, both places offered big discounts to Marriott guests. This hotel is extremely well run and entire staff is competent, paired with executive lounge you will have great stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone.

Stayed multiple times. Great hotel . Great location. Secret is the lounge where Phyllis does an excellent Singapore Sling.

Had another staycation at the JW Marriott Hotel. Totally splendid experience at the executive lounge. Amazing food, genuine smiles from staffs and cozy space. Special shout out to Fiona and Javier who exemplified top notch hospitality. Will definitely come back again.

Excellent hotel in a great location. We used as a base and it was wonderful. Great service, nicely appointed room and we really enjoyed the vast selection at breakfast. Pool area was terrific. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I spent 5 days in Singapore at the JW Marriott. From the moment we arrived to when we checked out, it was a 5 star experience. The hotel is centrally located and makes it so easy to walk, subway, Grab to virtually all areas of the downtown within minutes. The property is very well maintained with all the amenities you would expect. We thoroughly enjoyed our room on the 22nd floor (top of the hotel section of the building). The views towards the Marina were impressive. The 18th floor pool, relaxation area and gym are impressive. Great view, very nice workout equipment and plenty of exterior seating on all four sides. We did use Bonvoy points for our stay but the cash rates were fair for this location and what it has to offer. Lastly, I want to specifically call out the quality of the Executive Lounge. It is one of the largest I have ever visited and offers incredible options for food and drink. We found ourselves visiting for breakfast, touring around the city, coming back for afternoon tea, shopping in the late afternoon, coming back for drinks and a snack prior to heading out to explore for the evening. While the food and drinks were great, what made us want to come back was the high quality and high service staff. Every person was so friendly and welcoming. I want to specifically call out Phyllis, Javier and Fiona. They always greeted us with a smile and were so helpful to provide ideas on where to visit in the city - every idea was spot on. We very much appreciated spending time with them. We will be back!

I had a very pleasant stay and found the hotel to be comfortable, well-maintained, and welcoming. The overall atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy the experience.

I would especially like to commend Casey Lee from Guest Relations for her excellent service. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring in the way she interacted with guests. It was clear that she takes pride in making sure guests feel well looked after, and her thoughtful approach really stood out during our stay.

Thank you to the team for the great hospitality. Small touches like this make a stay much more memorable, and it is always appreciated.

Exceptional Service at Jw Marriott

I have chosen JW Marriott hotel as my choice for birthday staycation I had an amazing stay at this hotel during the CNY, and the location is incredibly convenient. It's just a 2-minute walk from a major subway station that connects you to both the Yellow and Green lines. Making it easy to get around. Despite its central location, the hotel is wonderfully Awesome, offering a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of nearby attractions like Orchard Street and the Newton Hawker Centre.

The food was also outstanding. The rich breakfast spread was a perfect way to start the day, i can choose the location for Breakfast and the lounge access in the evening (from 5:30 to 7:30 pm) was a great perk. There were delicious snacks, as well as a selection of alcoholic drinks, and the lounge staff were friendly and skilled at making any cocktail you requested. I was able to serve myself, making the experience even more enjoyable. The dining room itself also had an incredible view, with waterfalls and a beautiful garden that made every meal feel special.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It's a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. You won't go wrong choosing it for your stay in Singapore!

While staying at this amazing property I celebrated my birthday with friends in the executive lounge. Phyllis made us a special cocktail and Jolene made sure we had everything we needed. When they realized it was my birthday, Jolene surprised me with a cake to share with my friends. Every day we were in the lounge, Phyllis greeted me with a big smile and a hug when we learned we share the same name! What a jewel she is!!

Really clean with excellent facilities and staff

Was blessed to spend a few days at this fantastic hotel. Apart from the amenities what really stood out was the staff. At the executive lounge they were having a special where they smoked an old fashioned on different types of wood. Patrick who was running the show was an expert and turned out some pretty good old fashioneds. He was also patient and explained things to some who didn’t know what an old fashioned was ( yes there were a few newbies )
Phyllis who was running the bar was also exceptional. I asked her to make me a Singapore Sling and to my amazement it was even better than the place across the street.
Last should out to Joshua who was the host and patiently answered all my questions even though I got his name wrong a few times. Definitely visit this for a fantastic experience made by the staff who I interacted with.

I stayed at JW for the weekend and managed to experience the club lounge for the first time. It was one of the nicest lounges with very warm service from Javier during breakfast. I also went for the evening cocktails and was greeted by Fiona who was so friendly in sharing about the smoked Negroni. They smoked the wood right in front of me and I could even choose the type of wood. Overall a great experience and I hope there are more interactive experiences like this.

I had a wonderful birthday stay at JW Marriott Singapore South Beach.

Javier, Senior Supervisor from the Executive Lounge brought me around the hotel to explore the wonderful views and shared the history behind the property, which made the experience even more meaningful. He even prepare birthday amenities with handwritten hard to celebrate my birthday. His hospitality really stands out!

Fiona, executive lounge manager was warm and welcoming! making the celebration feel extra special.

Executive lounge food is yummy and great ! Couldn’t ask for more!
