Cons:

Ved ankomst stod Personalet udenfor og røg med havemanden og da hun kom ind udleverede hun vores kort men vi kunne ikke bruge det ene og da vi have booket et rom til 4 personer fik vi to værelser lidt træls men ok men døren var låst mellem rummene og da vi gik ned for at få vores kort til at virke gad hun næsten ikke rejse sig da hun sad med sin tlf da vi så kom ned for at sige at det ene TV ikke virkede sagde hun at hun havde pause og ville komme når hendes pause var ovre, men kom aldrig, knækbrøden i restauranten var over en måneder for gamle.

Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es leider zwei Tage lang aufgrund eines unerwarteten Pumpenschadens kein Warmwasser. Das Hotel war komplett ausgebucht, daher war die Situation für alle Beteiligten nicht einfach.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir jedoch die Hotelleiterin. Sie hat sich außergewöhnlich engagiert, war stets freundlich und verständnisvoll und hat jedem Gast noch vor der Reparatur eine individuell berechnete Rückerstattung überwiesen. Das ist heutzutage alles andere als selbstverständlich und verdient großen Respekt.
Am dritten Tag funktionierte alles wieder einwandfrei. Technische Probleme können überall passieren – entscheidend ist, wie man damit umgeht. Hier wurde absolut professionell und kundenorientiert gehandelt.
Vielen Dank für den großartigen Service! Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

We stayed one night only. It was clean and good enough.
Pros:

Seem to be located in semi-industrial area. Very quiet and close to Dachau Consentration Camp.

Cons:

Reception was empty when we arrived during open hours - had to wait. Coffee/kettle in room would be nice.

Die Betten waren sehr gut. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht im Restaurant eingenommen.

Cons:

Ich hätte gerne einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer gehabt. Das wusste ich aber im Vorfeld, dass es keinen Kühlschrank gibt.
