OYO 319 Rk Residency

Toilet surface had dirt and looked like not properly cleaned. Bathroom did not look clean. The towel provided had spots and did not look like it was cleaned properly.
The overall experience was just terrible and do not plan to ever stay in any of the OYO properties!!

Hotel difficult to locate on congested backstreets of Delhi. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was ok, not a lot of choice, but food was good.
This place is ok for one night emergency stop

Besides minor delays, the comfort, cleanliness and hospitality of the hotel was appreciable.

It's a below average hotel but for the given price of 15dollars it ain't bad.
Upsides:Dirt cheap, Bed was clean, decent breakfast, Air-conditioned.

Downsides: room was claustrophobic and tight, no iron box, most of the good tv channels were not subscribed, washroom was tiny.

fair and good stay.staffs were decent.tv and geyser points not working,though taken care of later.i want to re visit if possibility arises.

Locationwise apt for me as my office is in Mayapuri. But the servise is very poor.

This was very bad experience of life. I booked a room for some relax after a long journey we came at hotel at 8:00pm for checkin but the hotel R.k Residency,Rajori Gardan cancelled my booking. It is very bad for us because that time i have no more options for any hotels so i pick a taxi or came back.

Hotel staff are very annoying, very nonsense, don't know how to talk with customer. An Unprofessional staff, they don't know what's the meaning of hospitality.

Horrible experience, no manner to talk any of hotel staff team. Need to wait for 1 hour just to get water. No curtesy how to talk with guest.. Will never stay in such a bakwass hotel.. Thanks for nothing

Airport pickup wasn't on time. I have waited there like crazy. Overall service sucks.I don't recommend this hotel to my friends.

I booked for mayapuri and i was in paharganj!!!! I was sick and everything was expensive compared to where i am now.

After travelling for 8 hours by road, we arrived at our hotel to be told we were not booked in. I actually saw our name in the book, so that was deceiving. They then shifted us to one of their other hotels miles away from our chosen location, and said theynwould return us the next day. The week we stayed there was quite pleasant, nice room, friendly staff and good food. However, when we had to extend our stay in that location, we booked a further 4 days which was again, shifted to another hotel. So cancelled the extra 4 days and found our own hotel. Very frustratingafter a long journey. Apparently this is common practice in india, it happened to us previously on a tour. Other than that it was a pleasant hotel, clean and staff were very attentive.
