Wonderful staff, rssturaunt and hotel
Pros:

This was a wonderful hotel to stay at in Palma. The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. Every member of the staff took great pride in making sure our stay was fantastic. The restaurant was amazing with made to order breakfasts everymorning that consisted of the best breakfast we had anywhere in Mallorca. Eating breakfast in the courtyard proved to be a peaceful and delicious start to everyday. Dinner was equally amazing. The location was also fantastic with everything in walking distance. The hotel was quiet with all the amenities.

sehr nettes Boutique Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Service, Lage, Zimmer, Sauberkeit war wirklich super. Das Frühstück war extrem gut und auch die Sushi untertags außergewöhnlich gut.

Cons:

Man konnte erst ab 8 Uhr frühstücken - nichts für Frühaufsteher.

Cons:

The air conditioning was not on as March is considered to be winter. The room was far too hot and stuffy. We couldn’t open the window as the hotel is next to the clock tower which strikes on the hour every hour all through the night!

Pros:

Området var toppen verkligen supercentralt med gångavstånd till allt! Personalen i receptionen var tillmötesgående. Den privata terassen var bra inkl. bubbelpoolen. Inredningen på rummen var fin men väldigt sliten speciellt i de "vanliga sviterna". Städningen var sådär.

Cons:

Vi hade inte varmvatten på rummet 5 av 7 dagar stora delar av dygnet och fick koka vatten i vattenkokaren och blanda med kallvatten i kranen för att kunna bada vår bebis. Personalen i restaurangen/frukosten var otroligt dryga och inte tillmötesgående. Ingen chromecast eller liknande på rummet.

Pros:

The location was perfect. The room was beautiful and cozy. The staff were so friendly. We had an early flight to leave and when I asked about a taxi the receptionist booked and had a sandwich packed for the road at 6am. Couldn’t have been better

Helt OK med ch trevligt 4-stjärnigt hotell.
