Very comfortable. Excellent value and would return.
Pros:

Welcoming staff. Clean and comfortable facilities. Rooms at front are better as view over street - rooms at back look over typical small backyards.

Cons:

Location is very near Tour Bretagne so there seemed to be a lot of rough sleepers in area. I felt safe but did not go out late at night.
Would request room at front.

Disponibilità dello staff nel risolvere un problema.

Cons:

No aria condizionata, i ventilatori sono insufficienti, e non sempre ci sono le condizioni per tenere le finestre aperte.
Le camere nel residence (struttura separata) purtroppo affacciano su una strada che di notte offre intrattenimento non richiesto.

Hotel économique et très bon acceuil, sur un axe passant donc un peu bruyant

Les personnes à l’accueuil, très sympathiques, la taille de la chambre, la propreté

Cons:

L’hotel n’est pas bien isolé ( bruits extérieurs et intérieurs).

Cons:

Double bed was springy and sinking in the middle so not super comfy for 2. Small room but fine for price.
