It is a great hotel to stay in Burnaby!
Pros:

Location. Close to Metrotown Mall & grocery stores. Newly renovated.

Cons:

Front desk staff did not explain the hotel fees & damage deposit. Not much variety at breakfast. Everyday it was usually the same thing (eggs).

Enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was very good as the menu for the main breakfast item was changed daily, a lot of variety of breakfast items,
The water and coffee from the carafe at front entrance and at breakfast were very hot.

Cons:

One elevator was out of service causing the remaining elevators to provide service that is slow.
Check in time was 3pm.

Schönes geräumiges Appartement mit tollem Ausblick (18. Etage). Zentrumnah mit der Bahn 10 Minuten.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war o.k. - Die Anbindung nach Downtown Vancouver war mit der Expoline vom Skytrain super einfach.

Cons:

Samstag und Sonntag war das Hotel gut gebucht und die 2 vorhandenen Aufzüge waren nicht ausreichend um die Personenmassen zu befördern. Eine Wartezeit von 10 - 15 Minuten bis der Aufzug kam war normal und nervig. An normalen Wochentagen waren die Aufzüge kein Problem.

La chambre était très bien. Confortable. Vue sympa. Emplacement de choixw

Cons:

Les ascenseurs sont pas assez nombreux. On peut attendre jusqu’à 10 minutes. C’est le point noir de cet hôtel.

Pros:

Poloha v dobré dostupnosti k příměstskému vlaku, v blízkosti velké nákupní centrum a přímo přes cestu menší nákupní centrum.
Relativně prostorný pokoj, velká sprcha, koupelna obecně velmi dobrá.
Krásný výhled na okolí.
Personál v pořádku.

Cons:

Nefungující 1 výtah ze 3, co vedlo opravdu k dlouhému čekání. Nedalo se využít žádné schodiště jako alternativa k výtahu, zkoušeli jsme požární, ale bylo zamknuté tak, že zpět bychom se na jiném patře do chodby nedostali.
Opakující se snídaně, vlastně jen vajíčka na sto způsobů a nebo něco sladkého.
Bazén malý a neustále plný. K tomu hygiena slabá, nikdo bazén nehlídal, takže za naší přítomnosti klidně vešla nějaká paní v kozačkách přímo z ulice, obešla bazén a posadila se na židli. Vůbec nikomu tam nevadilo, že tam dělá binec z těch bot, prochází se tou vybabranou vodou.
Schází větší stůl na pokoji. Sice byla kuchyňská linka, ale jídelní stůl chyběl.
