Premium pricing for not a premium experience
Pros:

Location suited us as the wedding we needed to attend was in this hotel

Pros:

Poloha v dobré dostupnosti k příměstskému vlaku, v blízkosti velké nákupní centrum a přímo přes cestu menší nákupní centrum.
Relativně prostorný pokoj, velká sprcha, koupelna obecně velmi dobrá.
Krásný výhled na okolí.
Personál v pořádku.

Cons:

Nefungující 1 výtah ze 3, co vedlo opravdu k dlouhému čekání. Nedalo se využít žádné schodiště jako alternativa k výtahu, zkoušeli jsme požární, ale bylo zamknuté tak, že zpět bychom se na jiném patře do chodby nedostali.
Opakující se snídaně, vlastně jen vajíčka na sto způsobů a nebo něco sladkého.
Bazén malý a neustále plný. K tomu hygiena slabá, nikdo bazén nehlídal, takže za naší přítomnosti klidně vešla nějaká paní v kozačkách přímo z ulice, obešla bazén a posadila se na židli. Vůbec nikomu tam nevadilo, že tam dělá binec z těch bot, prochází se tou vybabranou vodou.
Schází větší stůl na pokoji. Sice byla kuchyňská linka, ale jídelní stůl chyběl.

Whenever we head to Canada, this is the hotel we stay in. They are pet friendly, very accommodating and extremely friend

Close to everything and pet friendly.. The staff is always awesome and very accommodating. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Decent accommodation with room for improvement
Pros:

Easy parking and friendly staff. The location is also perfect.

Cons:

The pool area was not clean including the pool water. I have seen several families entering the pool area in street clothes and shoes.
