Pros:

Perfect location. Always clean, cozy, full of fragrance, friendly staff. Free breakfast included. Great view. Easy parking. My second stay here.

Good but can be better
Pros:

Central location . The corner room with balcony is spacious.

Cons:

Sound proof can be better, can hear doors slamming. No dining table and chairs with kitchen amenities.

Our stay was enjoyable.
Pros:

We enjoyed the view. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the quiet and the fact that we were close to other guests whom we traveled with. The smoothies were great. The reception common area was nice as we entertained guests in the common area while they visited. We enjoyed the corner room.

Cons:

The breakfast choices could have been better. The hours for breakfast should be extended for those who are vacationing and do not want to wake up early.

House keeping 服務員態度好，質素好，做得整潔。

Cons:

最令人煩躁是室內冷氣機操作聲響大，冷氣出口位木制風扇頁固定向死一面狂出風，正對著書枱狂風吹擊著坐著書桌前的顧客，聲響又大令人煩厭。建議改善增加活動撥扇位可擺動或遮擋狂風吹襲。

Excellent Stay
Pros:

The room was functional and clean. The b’fast was very good and its dining area was very modern, stylish with a great city view. We stayed in the room with two queen size beds which had a nice kitchen and a big sized fridge. The Hotel is dog friendly (without the additional cost) so that was a big bonus for us with our furry baby.

Pros:

Great stay
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay here at the Element Vancouver Metrotown. The staff were all super nice and the rooms were very comfortable. I definitely would recommend checking this place out when staying in the area. This was an awesome spot since it was so close to Metrotown and the highway. Definitely would come stay here again.
