Pros:

La verdad, no tenían constancia, en un principio de mi llegada. Me dijeron que no trabajan mucho con Hoteles.com. Me dieron una habitación doble, en ese aspecto bien, pero porque solo les quedaba esa. Pero no funcionaba la calefacción, no pude darme un baño porque no había tapón en la bañera.
Y LO PEOR, intentaron entrar 2 veces en mi habitación estando yo dentro. Puedes pensar que alguien se confundió y ya está, pero en una de las ocasiones llegaron a abrir la puerta. Y por la noche, muchos ruidos de golpes. No pude descansar mucho.

Voy a Lalín dos o tres veces al año y siempre al mismo hotel, en el que el trato recibido siempre ha sido excelente. Repetiré seguro.

Aceptable ( excepto la limpieza de la ducha)
Pros:

Encontré una oferta en internet que era una ganga así que no esperaba demasiado.
La habitación era espaciosa y la cama cómoda.
Lo peor:la ducha, las juntas de la mampara estaban muy sucias y llenas de moho (un verdadero asco)
Tener que llamar desde el teléfono de recepción cada vez que quieres salir es un engorro pero aceptable por ser pocos en plantilla.
Es fácil encontrar aparcamiento muy cerca

Pros:

La recepción fue rápida. El personal muy atento y amable. La limpieza de la habitación, perfecta (las toallas están cerradas en una bolsa). El desayuno bastante completo.

Good value for money
Pros:

The hotel provided us with comfortable accommodation which was clean. It was unfortunate that the restaurant was closed as it was Sunday so we had to eat at the shopping centre.

Breakfast was basic but enjoyable and adequate with freshly squeezed orange juice.

Hotel muy recomendable, buena ubicación.
Pros:

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado ya que esta cerca de todas las ciudades y es fácil llegar, el personal es muy agradable y estan atentos a todo, el restaurante también está muy bien. La habitación era muy comoda siempre limpia y no se escuchaba nada de afuera, doble ventana.
