Great experience overall!
Wonderful location and the staff were great.
The location could not be better, and we were grateful to have a view of the Eiffel Tower glimmering at night. Boulangerie and grocery stores were within a short walk, as were many eateries. It's a safe neighborhood and secure building. Walk to the metro within 10 minutes. The building is handsome and well-maintained, with an elevator. The space retains original architectural details, which adds so much character compared to bland modern buildings. We were fortunate to have AC in the apartment, which was spacious, clean and comfortable for the family. The kitchen was functional, with a range/oven, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. This unit also included a washer and dryer, but we found that the dryer wasn't working 100%. The visitors upstairs had small children who liked running around at night, and so, with little soundproofing, we did have a fair bit of noise when trying to sleep. I would definitely stay there again, especially when traveling with family.

Location is amazing. Room was huge, showers were great.
Only critique which is a big one for us was the beds were extremely hard which made sleep on our stay difficult. There should def be an optional mattress topper for people who dont enjoy firm beds.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with unbeatable views of the Eiffel Tower, comfortable beds, and an excellent location! Within a block or two of the Eiffel Tower, dinner and breakfast options.
I loved the Charles Floquet!! It was perfect for my family. Beautiful old building. Just what I expected for Paris. We all had our own rooms. It was clean, comfortable and right near the Eiffel Tower. We had a great time there. I wish I could’ve stayed longer.
The only glitch was the electric kept going out in the kitchen lol but we were eating out anyway, so we didn’t really care I highly recommend it for families because basically you have an apartment to yourself. The staff was wonderful, friendly communicative, very informative, arranged for transfers to and from the airport and the train station. I can’t say enough good things about it. Don’t hesitate to stay here if you need an apartment in Paris for a few days or a week.
Amazing location and was surprised how quiet this street was just a block from Eiffel Tower . Easy access to the RER public system - just a few stops from Louvre, and Notre Dam. Incredible experience and Suzzane was full of helpful tips on getting around! Highly recommend!

This apartment was exceptional. The bedrooms very accommodating and bathrooms very clean. Kitchen well appointed. The best is you feel you can reach out the windiw and touch the Eiffel Tower. Just an amazing site. Would stay there anytime I was in Paris. Worth the cost in every way.

This place was breathtaking. You can't get any closer to the Eiffel Tower and the view from the townhouse was amazing. Full laundry, kitchen and easy check in. Very secure, quiet building. Safe neighborhood, beautiful homes and close to many restaurants. We travel a lot and this place was perfection!
