Hrůza - nehygienické, špatná komunikace
Pros:

Dobrá lokalita, to je jediné kladné.

Cons:

Pokoje neodpovídají fotkám, které ubytování propaguje. Staré a poničené vybavení. Fén k zapůjčení pouze na recepci- 1 pro celý komplex. Ručníky mění jednou za 4 dny. Nepořádek- pavučiny, písek a všude lezli šváby. Zdi promočené, dveře netěsnily a hmyz v každém pokoji. Přečkali jsme jednu noc a odstěhovali se. Zákaznický servis a recepce velká bída, lhali o zatopení a i o švábech, odmítli vrátit peníze, stále nás nechávali čekat a nechtěli problém řešit. Poučte se a neplaťte za ubytování než uvidíte pokoj. Naštěstí jsme refundaci získali od bookingu.

Bella esperienza, struttura accogliente
Pros:

Struttura poco distante dall’isola pedonale dove si trovano molti bar e ristoranti.
Piscina bella grande e accogliente.

Cons:

Non sono mai stati cambiati gli asciugamani in bagno nonostante sia stato chiesto.
Per avere un telo da mare è stata richiesta una cauzione di 10 euro

Cons:

La chambre ne ressemblait pas du tout au photo de la réservation, c’était beaucoup plus rustique. Le rapport qualité prix était donc assez élevé

Tinha potencial para mais.
Pros:

O quarto era espaçoso e bem localizado. Tinha comércio próximo, perto da rua principal de Santa Maria. Tinha uma piscina enorme e uma praia semi privada. O pequeno almoço era muito bom com ovos, frutas e iogurtes, queijo, fiambre, bolos variados. Uma bela paisagem da piscina e da praia. Muito tranquilo e limpo. Tinha segurança em todas as portas de acesso e câmaras de filmar. A recepção tem sempre gente disponível a ajudar.

Cons:

O quarto estava mal mobilado. Sem gosto. Restos de móveis uns em cima dos outros… faltava carinho. Alma… A piscina não tem uma única sombra. Faltam guarda sóis, não existe um único!!! Como é que é possível? Temos de pagar caução pelas toalhas da piscina e pelos colchões e temos de os carregar de um lado para o outro. É desconfortável andar sempre com o colação às costas porque são pesados. Bastava um dos funcionários da piscina fornecer os colchões para as espreguiçadeiras.

Pros:

I spent nine amazing nights at Porto Antigo Hotel BB, and it was absolutely perfect! The location is right in the heart of Santa Maria, close to everything. The pool is beautiful, with a private beach and another beach just across the hotel. The staff were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I truly loved my stay and would definitely come back! 🌴☀️❤️

Pros:

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. L’emplacement est idéal, en front de mer, ce qui est très agréable. Le personnel est vraiment sympathique, accueillant et toujours disponible. L’hôtel est propre, bien entretenu et le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. C’est un très bel établissement que je recommande sans hésiter.

Cons:

Quelques petits points pourraient toutefois être améliorés. Les serviettes de plage sont proposées uniquement en location, tout comme les matelas pour les transats, ce qui est un peu dommage. De plus, les logements disposent d’une cuisine, mais aucun kit de démarrage (liquide vaisselle, éponge, torchon, etc.) n’est fourni. Il serait appréciable d’en mettre un à disposition ou, à défaut, de proposer ces articles à la vente à l’accueil.
