Hotel très pratique en famille.
Pros:

Très bien situé, proche de tout à pied, et nous avons pu nous garer juste en face gratuitement. La chambre était spacieuse. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et ont été aux petits soins.

Séjour d'une nuit, agréable. L'hôtel est à 5min de la gare et sur le chemin menant au sanctuaire pour les pèlerins

Hotel não recomendo

A localização próxima à estação de trem

Cons:

Na chegada ficamos mais de uma hora na porta tocando a campanhia e não apareceu ninguém. Depois de um tempo a camareira gritou de um dos quartos que só abria às 14horas. Nós queríamos só deixar as malas como fazemos em todo hotel, não pudemos. Ficamos na porta no sol quente de 38º, falta de respeito com o cliente. Não tinha restaurante próximo e quando conseguimos deixar as malas ficamos sem opção de refeição.
Os colchões e travesseiros já bem gastos e desconfortáveis.
O senhorio tirou foto do meu cartão de crédito mesmo o hotel estando pago, alegando que eu poderia sair com a TV ou outra coisa qualquer, falta de educação, nos tratou como ladrões.
O café da manhã péssimo e caro não recomendo.
O hotel está precisando de reforma

The hotel owner was quite rude from the start, extremely intrusive and impolite, as if I were there as a favor, not paying for a service. I felt like my very existence bothered her, because she would approach me to reprimand me for literally anything, even though I was simply living my life and doing absolutely nothing wrong. They even opened my room door while I was sleeping, which scared me quite a bit, under the pretext that they had to clean my room. I won't go into more detail, but I wouldn't return to be treated that badly and I don't recommend it.

Pros:

About a 5 minute walk from the railway station, and 15 mins to the Lourdes Sanctuary, but returning from the main street to the hotel, it is uphill. I enjoyed the breakfast, it was all laid out on my table. The room was basic but the bed was comfortable and there was a walk in shower. The best part about staying here were the owners Lidia and Regis. They bent over backwards to make sure my stay was comfortable, they took time to explain how things worked and helped me with any questions about the area and travel. I would stay here again just to see them; l greatly appreciated their hospitality.

Pros:

This was perfect for a night in Lourdes before heading back to the airport. The bedroom was simple but comfortable and clean. It’s very near the train station and 5-10 walk to all the sites. The couple who runs the hotel is very welcoming and helpful. I enjoyed having a cup of coffee in the morning on the terrace.

Sobre todo lo acogedores que eran los encargados, en todo momento se han preocupado de que estuviéramos lo más a gusto posible, han sido encantadores. Muchísimas gracias

Cons:

Igual, aunque estaba sumamente limpio que fuera un poco antiguo pero eso no es importante para mi porque la amabilidad de su gente era superior a cualquier problema. Además sobre todo quiero destacar su limpieza
