Lokasyon başta olmak üzere, konforlu bir otel. Mahmut Bey resepsiyonda çok ilgilendi, yardımcı oldu. Şehrin tam kalbinde rahat bir konaklama.
Ingen dagligt städ, jätte liten rum för 2 personer, rökning lukt, irriterande på andra gäster på andra rummen, men två personal var jätte trevliga och hjälpsam.

The location
The staff is super unfriendly and didnt help at all. The rooms havent been cleaned. In our 7nights stay they have been cleaned twice and only after i asked for it for 10 times. The receptionist was very unfriendly and very rude to us. Not even the bed was made after I literally asked every day for the rooms to be cleaned. In the description they say it will be cleaned every day and this was important for us but they never cleaned the rooms even after repeated asking.
It seems that this hotel has been rated high for a year or two years ago. It was written on here and other websites that it has breakfast, but this hotel does not serve breakfast at all. They couldn't fix the safe for me after two visits and it was unusable. We did not have hot water for almost a day and a half. But the cleanness was quite suitable and it is a suitable place for someone who spends most of his time outside the hotel.

The hotel takes place in a typical Turkish street and if you are a fan of any Turkish series you would appreciate it :) The room was big with a high ceiling and a large bed.
It wasn’t clean around the toilet - there was a stain :( but that was our only complaint

The hotel's price is reasonable for its prime location near Istiklal Avenue. However, there are some noticeable differences in room sizes. With some being exceptionally small, even though they're both meant for two guests. Fortunately, due to low occupancy during our stay, we were able to request a room change when we first arrived. But if we had to stay in that tiny room for our entire trip, it would have been an awful trip. Room cleanliness is okay, but don't expect much. Most of the times room service comes only if you go and ask for it. Overall, it's decent for the price, especially if you're going to be out exploring most of the time. However, consider other options if you're going to spend your major time in the hotel.
