Cons:

Vă scriu pentru a depune o reclamație oficială cu privire la sejurul nostru la hotelul dumneavoastră, care a fost complet inacceptabil.

Aceasta este cea mai proastă experiență hotelieră pe care am avut-o vreodată. Personalul dumneavoastră nu este nici serios, nici profesionist, iar oaspeții sunt tratați cu un total lipsă de respect.

Camera noastră era situată lângă sau deasupra unei discoteci, iar zgomotul a fost extrem. Patul vibra efectiv. Cu o zi înainte ni s-a promis că vom fi mutați într-o altă cameră, însă această promisiune nu a fost respectată. Am fost mințiți.

Am rezervat două camere și am venit din Austria împreună cu familia și un copil mic. Camerele erau murdare, inclusiv pereții. Se auzea constant zgomot de afară, izolația fonică este foarte slabă, pereții erau umezi, iar în cameră era frig.

Din cauza acestor condiții, am fost nevoiți să părăsim hotelul la ora 02:00 noaptea și să ne cazăm la un alt hotel. Această situație este inacceptabilă și nu va rămâne fără consecințe. Voi depune o reclamație oficială la Protecția Consumatorului.

Nu meritați nici măcar o stea, cu toate că apăreți ca unitate Genius pe Booking.com. Este o rușine. Am plătit bani ca să mă pot odihni și dormi, nu ca să caut în miez de noapte un alt hotel, deoarece șederea la dumneavoastră a fost o experiență de coșmar.

All in all if you don't need a quiet room, this hotel could be a good choice for you.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great, not far from the Nyugati pályaudvar, which is the reason why we chose this hotel. The staff is friendly (shoutout to the lady cleaning the breakfast tables and the cleaning ladies for being so welcoming and nice to us during the stay) and the breakfast has a nice selection of options. The rooms are just ok, not great, not terrible :) Appropriate for a short stay.

Cons:

The noise is a real problem. On Friday there was a party going on the whole night. On Saturday it was a bit better but definitely not quiet. I guess for young people who won't mind the noise this hote is a great option. However for a family with young children such as ours I would not recommend.

Schlimmste Nacht, die ich je in einem Hotel verbracht habe, ohne krank zu sein.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist direkt über einem Nachtklub gebaut. Der Lärm ist unerträglich und geht bis 4:00 Uhr morgens. Da fällt die extrem laute Straßenbahn, die vor dem Fenster fährt, kaum noch ins Gewicht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist enttäuschend und das ist nach einer schlaflosen Nacht einfach das Tüpfelchen auf dem i.
