Very convenient location. The room was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we were able to leave our luggage there, which was really convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

A Discoclub with a few rooms attached

The central location, well connected to the whole city thanks to public transport.

Cons:

To give an honest description of this hotel, it would be more accurate to say it's a Discoclub with a few rooms attached. On their website, in fact, among the hotel's selling points, they highlight that it's in the same building as one of Budapest's biggest clubs. But being in the same building is one thing - having rooms that look directly onto the courtyard dance floor is another. Obviously the rooms aren't soundproofed. The result was that out of three nights' stay, I spent two without sleeping a wink (I only slept on Sunday, because the club was closed), since the techno music from one of the various dance floors went on all night until 5 a.m. At a volume loud enough to make the bed shake. And of course, there's no shortage of louts wandering the corridors screaming at the top of their lungs all night long. The worst part of all this is the hotel staff, who, after I complained, even had the nerve to ask me, with a smug attitude, whether I'd read the website before booking. Since I'd booked through Booking, that information obviously wasn't available there. But even on their own website, it's presented in a misleading way. In short: STAY AWAY if you actually expect to sleep a few hours a night.
