Tolles Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Freundlicher Empfang, unsere Fahrräder konnten sicher untergebracht werden, schönes, großzügiges Zimmer, sehr gut ausgestattet (Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Nespressomaschine, großes Bett), modernes Bad (swhr gute Beleuchtung, bei Bedarf mit kleiner Wäscheleine), ruhig, zentrale Lage in der Altstadt, alles fußläufig erreichbar, historisches Gebäude (wir hatten kein Frühstück, daher kann ich dazu nichts sagen)

Cons:

L'hôtesse qui accueille les hôtes dans la salle du petit déjeuner parle fort haut. Elle est efficace mais pas discrète.
J'ai commandé des penne bolognese pour souper. Cela m'a été servi dans la chambre sans fromage râpé, ce qui n'est pas normal. Je l'ai signalé à la réception le lendemain matin avant mon départ.

Schönes Hotel, schöne Lage, aber die Frühstücksituation mit Hund könnte man eleganter lösen.
Pros:

Es war sehr nett und zentral. Vor allem die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Wir wurden im Vorfeld der Buchung mit Mails bombardiert (automatisiert), welche wohl noch aus der Corona-Zeit stammen. Anweisungen über Hygiene etc. Das war sehr irritierend, weil wir zuerst gedacht hatten, es sei das Hanta-Virus ausgebrochen...Der Hygiene-Wahn hat sich dann auch noch beim Frühstück gezeigt. Wir sind mit Hund gereist und im Unwissen, dass man offensichtlich nicht in den Frühstücksraum mit Hund kann, haben wir uns dort hingesetzt. Die Reaktion darauf, war fast panikhaft. Wir wurden dann in einen Nebenraum gebeten, in einen unbenutzten grossen Saal. Das war nicht sehr sehr schön. Ich gehe davon aus, dass die Regeln damit zu tun haben, dass es eine amerikanische Kette ist, die wohl grossen Wert auf (übertriebene?) Hygiene-Vorschriften legt. Uns hätte schon gedient, wenn irgendwo vermerkt gewesen wäre, dass wir unser Haustier nicht in den Speiseraum mitnehmen dürfen. Im Gegenteil dazu wurde das Hotel als speziell hundefreundlich beworben. Sonst war alles okay. Trotz gehen wir in kein Best-Western-Hotel mehr.
