Pratique et bien situé
Pros:

Bonne géo-localisation sur Paris, idéalement situé très proche de Gare du Nord.
La présence d'un ventilateur dans la chambre, bien utile durant ces épisodes de canicule.
Un personnel agréable.

Cons:

On le savait mais pas de clim ! (heureusement qu'il y avait un bon ventilo)
Les frais de gestion supplémentaires qui ne sont pas marqué dans le prix total inscrit sur booking. Il faut bien lire les petites lignes. (en plus des taxes de séjour)

Nice location. Fair facilitates. More than the average price per night, however, ok for Paris.

Cons:

Bed sheets were dirty. The rooms are small. Elevator has very limited space. Only one socket in the entire room, and it is not close to the bed.

Will use it again if visiting Paris.
Pros:

The Hotel is not modern, or updated, yet unpretentious, and clean. We had 3 days in Paris and required basic, reasonably comfortable accommodation within easy reach of the North station on foot with baggage, from which we could explore Paris, returning to the hotel mainly to sleep. With the Garre du Nord and public transport networks two blocks away, this worked perfectly. Staff were helpful and accommodating, even providing space for storing some medication that needed to remain refrigerated. Will use it again if visiting Paris. Recommended for visitors with similar outlook..

Very convenient with kind and helpful staff.
Pros:

The location was fantastic, great bakeries and restaurants steps away, convenience store (good for cold bottled water), pharmacy and very close to Gare du Nord (best also to use as the closest metro stop), just be careful of the bike lane near the sidewalk of the boulevard.

Cons:

The furnishings are not new, but for the value you are getting this doesn't matter, everything was comfortable and worked well.

Cons:

Le personnel n’est pas professionnel. Ils ont voulu prendre ma clé à chaque fois que je quittais l’hôtel. J’ai refusé, et un vieux monsieur m’a jeté un regard noir avant de me changer directement de chambre, sans me demander si cela me convenait.

Celui-ci m’a répondu d’un ton froid que je devais payer 20 € en cas de perte, ce que j’ai accepté. Pourtant, à chaque fois que je sortais, j’avais droit à des regards noirs et menaçants. Je devais également rendre des comptes au personnel en expliquant pourquoi je ne souhaitais pas leur remettre ma carte…

Par ailleurs, les chambres sont très petites et la propreté est à revoir !

Voor een korte stopover in Parijs via het Gare du Nord de volgende ochtend perfecte locatie
Pros:

Als je de volgende ochtend vroeg de trein moet pakken op het Gare du Nord is dit een perfecte locatie. Kreeg verder een gratis upgrade naar een grotere én koelere kamer vanwege de hitte; erg op prijs gesteld. Personeel verder heel aardig en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Na het boeken berekenen ze nog de citytax en "extra administratiekosten". Het ging maar om 10 euro totaal, maar beter als dit voortaan gewoon in de prijs inbegrepen zit. Verder geen airco op de kamer; met de hitte van tegenwoordig is dit wel gewenst.
