The pre-authorised sum as security deposit can not be debited for the settlement of the room. This amount is charged only in the event of a breach of one of the booking conditions, cancellation or late modification fees, or in the event of a no-show. After registration, a proof of cancellation of the deposit can be given to you upon request.

This was a beautiful hotel to stay at. We originally booked for four nights but had to add an additional night due to flight delays and the staff were super helpful, even offering us the same room again. The room was very nice and comfortable. Having a balcony was amazing. It was in a good location with many small shops close by to purchase food and snacks late at night. There is also a great hair salon next door. It was only a short walk to Gare du Nord but not too close that it was noisy. Also having 24/7 reception made us feel extra safe. Thank you Hotel Metropol!

Il n'y avait qu'une prise dans toute la chambre pour le ventilateur pas moyen de charger mon Phone en même temps (il y avais une rallonge malheureusement qui n'entrent pas dans la prise du mur. Sinon j'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour malgré qu'elle était courte
La gentillesse du personnel nous avons été superbement accueillis et ils sont très disponibles pour nous guider à travers la ville
Des clients bruyants le personnel de l hôtel n est nullement responsable et on réagit positivement à ma remarque le lendemain

It’s great, proper old school Paris. If you want modern-everything, air con, gleaming stainless steel, chrome and glass then this is NOT for you. If you want a faded-glory, rather gritty vibe, retro wallpaper and antique furniture, big windows that open onto crumbling balconies with loud streets below (a mere few meters from Gare du Nord and a great bakery btw), and overall, great value for a convenient location, then this is your place. Theres a bed. A bathroom! A three way extension plug! Even a crappy old tv! And the oldest looking cupboard Ive ever seen. The main thing is it’s clean and the staff (24 hour reception) are friendly and attentive. Don’t be fussy. Get the Paris vibe. And the ancient lift is great, not dangerous, my kids were fascinated.

Je n'ai rien aimé arriver dans ma chambre ok la chambre était une chambre classique par contre participer à la conversation du du voisin ça faisait pas partie de du voyage payer des taxes plus de 30 € alors qu'il y a qu'une prise dans la chambre les photos des images ne correspondent pas à ce que vous verrez à l'hôtel c'est c'est désolant en fait de je n'ai même pas fait une nuit je n'ai même pas fait une nuit là-bas car je n'entendais que le voisin hurle et hurler hurler je n'ai même pas cherché à discuter parce que je pense que il y a de l'arnaque autour de cette hôtel
Excellent location
L'amabilité du réceptionniste. Le fait que l'hôtel ait accepté de changer les dates de mon séjour malgré une réservation Booking qui n'était ni annulable ni modifiable.
Ampoule grillée d'un côté du lit. Manque de prises et impossible de brancher un appareil électrique dans la salle de bains. Télé vieille et mauvaise qualité d'image.
