Agréable et en confiance
Pros:

L’accueil, la disponibilité et la courtoisie du personnel autant de jour comme de nuit.
La chambre spacieuse pour quelques nuitées c’est très appréciable.

Cons:

Juste une petite suggestion la mise à disposition d’une petite bouilloire aurait été un plus.

personeel : afhankelijk van wie er aan de receptie zat, werd je goed/ minder goed geholpen.
Het was wel heel fijn dat we onze bagage konden laten staan, zodat we die konden ophalen net voor onze trein vertrok!

Cons:

Er was verwarring of het ontbijt al dan niet inbegrepen was. Jammer dat er in dat ontbijt geen vers stokbrood voorzien was, we zijn toch in Frankrijk????

Emplacement stratégique
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé, idéal pour un séjour de courte durée. Nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassés dans une très grande chambre.
La literie est confortable et l’eau de la douche bien chaude.

Cons:

Certes l’hôtel est un peu vieillot mais franchement c’est un très bon rapport qualité-prix

Volvería a hospedarme allí por la ubicación.
Pros:

Ubicado a 1 cuadra de Gare du Nord, cómodo cuando llegas si vas con maletas grandes, tienes dos metros que te sirven para moverte y una estación de bus frente, el barrio no es peligroso, de hecho en la noche hay mucho movimiento.
Tiene ascensor, el baño funciona super bien y te hacen aseo todo los días y te cambian las toallas todos los días.
El personal del hotel muy amable.

Cons:

El wifi funciona mal y no había un hervidor para tomar tecito.
El desayuno muy básico.

Os funcionários da recepção foram solícitos. A localização foi boa e o preço também. Mas as instalações são antigas.

A localização próxima à estação Gare Du Nord e a possibilidade de ter ônibus próximos.

Cons:

Fiquei o 6º andar. O Wi-Fi não pegava no quarto e o quarto era frio. Mesmo com o aquecedor no máximo, ainda sentíamos frio.
ter que deixar a chave na recepção ao sair pra passear também me soou esquisito.
Tinham 3 camas. 1 se parecida de casal, mas eram duas de solteiro juntas e se separavam com facilidade.

Great position. Value for money (for Paris standards)
Pros:

Η θέση του ξενοδοχείου είναι εξαιρετική δίπλα στο Gare du Nord και αρκετά κοντά στον Gare de Este. Επίσης σε λογική απόσταση από τον Σηκουάνα (~2000m/25min) και φυσικά κοντά σε σταθμούς μετρό. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και πρόθυμο. Μπαλκόνι στο δωμάτιο (πρόσοψη κτηρίου) με θέα!!! Το πρωινό στα 9e ήταν <επαρκές> αλλά η περιοχή έχει εξαιρετικές επιλογές πρωϊνού και δεν κρίνεται απαραίτητο οπότε μην ενοχληθείτε σε κράτηση χωρίς πρωινό.

Cons:

Το δωμάτιο (δίκλινο) ήταν μικρό αλλά για ένα άτομο επαρκές.
Πρόκειται για παλιό κτήριο χωρίς ουσιαστική ανακαίνιση (αλλά δεν ήταν κρυφό από τις φωτογραφίες).
Δεν μου άρεσε που υπήρχε ένας επιπλέον φόρος <Διαχείρισης> 4,90/day που ΔΕΝ αναφερόταν στην αρχική κράτηση (ενώ αντίθετα ο δημοτικός φόρος που ήταν πρόσθετος αναφερόταν σαφώς)

Bien ubicado, limpio y cómodo.
Pros:

Bonito, cama cómoda, limpio, tenía un balcón muy grande donde se ve la cotidianidad Parisina, el personal amable, queda cerca a muchas estaciones de tren y metro.

Cons:

Un poco antiguo el ascensor.
