Pros:

sehr gute Gastfreundlichkeit des Personals,
sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet,
sehr guter Spa-Bereich,
ausreichend frisches Trinkwasser im Zimmer, sogar in Wasserflaschen,
sehr schöne Aussicht aus den Zimmern.

Cons:

ich hatte um Late Check-Out gebeten, es wurde jedoch nicht transparent für die verantwortlichen Angestellten kommuniziert bzw. dokumentiert, so wurde ich 3 mal angerufen weswegen ich noch nicht das Zimmer verlassen hätte und das Zimmer wurde teils gesperrt

Refreshing clear air in the midst of the most polluted metropolitis in the world.
Pros:

The location amidst greenery was a refreshing.

Cons:

The vegetarian options were not great but they did cater to our needs so no issues there.

Great hotel with amazing breakfast and food! Hope to return soon!
Pros:

Sumptuous breakfast spread!! One of the best I have seen in Delhi. The breakfast room staff very very diligent and efficient in catering to requests outside buffet options.
Large comfortable rooms and bedding

Cons:

Heavy bathroom door which still left a small gap after closing. No window or exhaust in the bathroom.

Very comfortable stay
Pros:

It was as describer online and even though is an older hotel it was very new inside, staff was very helpful, room dining was fantastic and whole w hotel is very safe and accommodating

Cons:

We had to wait very long for breakfast and the bufet is very spicy not a great selection

Cons:

It took too long to complete the check-in. Happened to make several requests to deliver the luggage to the room.

There was a couple fighting in the adjoining room during mid night and it was really disturbing.

Pros:

Cleanliness.

Cons:

Booked for smoking room n advance but at the check in time I was told to wait for 2 hours to get a smoking room.
When I opted for a non smoking room which was available immediately it looked smaller than the one I booked online (as shown in the pictures) . There was no side sofa only 1 chair . Bath area was small.

Excellent food and service
Pros:

The food at Creo was excellent. Rahul and Vikram did a fantastic job- very polite and served the food really well and on time. It was a nice experience being here. Highly Recommended Place to visit!

Great hospitality and great team
Pros:

I had an amazing experience at Vivanta Dwarka from the moment I arrived the hospitality was warm and welcoming the rooms are were clean spacious and very comfortable and the overall ambience made my stay truly enjoyeble
A special appreciation goes to vikram and Rahul and amandepp for their outstanding service they were professional friendly and always ready to help with a smile

Great experience at indus express
Pros:

We ate at indus express and had a wonderful time. The food was outstanding and so was the service. Kudos to chef Hasan, Lucky and Chetan. Really embellished by the outstanding service from Sahil Bisht.
