Overall pleasant.
Pros:

It is good one & very near to Yashobhoomi Dwarka. Moreover it is a Taj group hotel. So reflect the good culture.

Hotel smell of damp, lots of mosquits and flies, some staff members were very unprofessional. Property is rated 5 star but definitely needs improved.

Pros:

Good value for the price. Very spacious room, clean (apart from the air conditioning that really needs to be cleaned.
Pleasant restaurant with tasty food and really excellent service. The guy who served - Vikram was really attentive, professional but also discreet. Also good service at the reception.

Share my stay experience in Vivanta Hotel

Hi Vivanta.

I wanted to share my stay experience at Vivanta Dwarka Hotel, I’m staying in Room No. 131, and honestly, it has been a really nice and comfortable stay.

I big thank to given Mr. Dhiraj❤️ for arranging my airport pickup car and also arrang my Agra trip car and everything was so well managed, and the whole trip turned out to be such a great experience.

I especially want to mention our driver, Mr. Shabaz Khan. He is such a kind and polite person. He explained everything so nicely and kept checking on us throughout the journey whether we needed food, rest, or anything at all. That really made a difference and showed how much he cared.

Also, thanks to Mr. Danbir, Mr. Surender, and Mr. Ravinder for being so helpful and supportive during my stay.

The front office team has been really warm and welcoming. You can actually feel that they genuinely care about the guests, and that makes the experience even more special.

Overall, it has been a beautiful and memorable stay something I’ll definitely remember.

Taj DineIn at Vivanta Dwarka(Creo) was truly a wonderful experience.
A special mention goes to Kartik and Manoj for their warm hospitality, attentiveness and courteous behaviour. They made us feel genuinely welcomed and ensured that everything was perfect throughout our visit. Their professionalism and friendly nature added a special touch to the entire dining experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food and outstanding service.
