Nice place, lacks attention to many details
Pros:

The lobby and the bedroom have nice decorations and are clean, comfortable bed. They extended our checkout time 2 hs.

Cons:

The spa and the pool are medium to low. In general, the hotel is very good but would need a “swiss hotel expert “ to check and fix details. Took a treatment in the spa… no lights in the treatment room, no music… seemed a hospital. The men at the spa reception have no idea about a Spa. The time of response to problems and requests is very slow. The croissants at breakfast are hard and old.

Comfortable hotel for a short stay
Pros:

Room was comfortable and clean with nice toiletries. Restaurant meals were buffet style with good selection, nicely presented.

Cons:

Pool was too cold to swim in which was a shame as it was a lovely pool. Location was further out than I expected from any attractions

However, the hotel feels somewhat dated. According to my wife, the bathroom design — which is fully made of stone — looked stylish but was not really practical. In her opinion, it could even be unsafe, as the sharp stone edges might cause injury if someone slips.

The lighting in the room was quite dim and could definitely be improved. The window was also not as clean as expected.

On a very positive note, the buffet restaurant was excellent — it offered a wide variety of options at a very reasonable price, which we truly enjoyed.

Overall, it was a good experience, but with some updates, it could be even better.

good space but not exactly what the pictures show.
Pros:

This is a good stay if you are flying into New Dlehi and need a place that has all the things. They will help you do stuff and book rides and give recommendations and they even have a spa and good restaurant. My problem with this place is that the pictures did not match and they make it seem like there is a rooftop pool and its not and they showed me a room online that i was not given in person. Also when i booked on this site they acted like they did not get the booking and double charged me which made for a bad experience.
