Very deeply disappointing
Pros:

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Taj Vivanta. I chose this property to celebrate my wife’s birthday because of the brand’s reputation and the commitments made by the hotel staff before our arrival. Unfortunately, none of those promises were fulfilled.

Despite informing the hotel in advance about this special occasion, the arrangements that were assured to us were either ignored or not provided at all. This completely spoiled what was meant to be a memorable and precious celebration for my wife.

As a premium hospitality brand, I expected professionalism, attention to detail, and respect for guest commitments. Instead, I experienced poor coordination, lack of accountability, and a complete failure to deliver on what was promised.

A special occasion cannot be recreated once it is lost. I trusted Taj Vivanta to make my wife’s birthday memorable, but the experience turned out to be deeply disappointing. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that future guests do not face similar situations.

Overall, this experience did not meet the standards expected from the Taj brand, and I regret choosing this property for such an important occasion.

Nice, relaxing stay.
Pros:

Decent and comfortable stay. Staff was good, Anant at the checkin was helpful in sorting out the needed rooms for us.

Cons:

The tea/coffee pantry within the room should be more easy to locate and operate..

We had a wonderful stay at Vivanta. The hospitality was exceptional, and every member of the staff was courteous, professional, and attentive. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall service exceeded our expectations.

A special thanks to Angana and Sahil for their warm hospitality and prompt assistance throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. Their dedication and customer-centric approach truly made a difference.

During our honeymoon stay, we had a very positive and memorable experience at the hotel. From the very first moment, we felt welcomed and well looked after by the entire team. The staff were always kind, attentive, and willing to help, which made our stay even more comfortable and special.

We would especially like to highlight the service at Creo restaurant, which was one of the best parts of our experience. The attention to detail, warm hospitality, and friendly service made a real difference. A special thank you to Vikram and Rahul, who were extremely helpful, professional, and kind throughout our stay. They went out of their way to assist us and made our honeymoon experience even more enjoyable.

As this was a very special trip for us, we truly appreciated all the small gestures, the constant availability, and the genuine care shown by the hotel team. We always felt welcomed, valued, and very well taken care of.
