Convenient Location and Quick Check-in, but AC Needs Improvement
Pros:

The air-conditioning was not cold and could not be adjusted, which made the room a bit uncomfortable. Also, there is no free parking available.

Cons:

Fast and smooth check-in process. The location is very accessible and convenient, especially if you need to move around Manila.

The location is fine. A medium budget youth hotel not luxurious.
The young lady in the morning reception was so helpful and smily. unfortunately i don't know her name

Cons:

They offer me a room different from what I reserve on booking. I reserve an on river room but they offer me an indoor room I refuse receiving it, got apologies from the reception guy saying that changes from Pic on booking may happen. I was really upset strongly refuse then they change the room to a better an ousider and bigger room.

Great Value with Staff Excellent Service
Pros:

Go Hotel became my favorite accommodation in the Philippines, I feel comfortable staying here. Also it's a 7 minutes walk to SM Light Mall. As always staff members give their excellent customer service. I highly recommend Go Hotel Mandaluyong to everyone.
