Goed verblijf!
Pros:

Kamer was ruim en netjes. Ontbijt was OK. Onthaalruimte was gezellig en ruim zodat het aangenaam was om daar je koffie te drinken of een boek te lezen ofzo. Onze zoon had een kamer naast die van ons en we konden opteren om de tussendeur die er was al dan niet te gebruiken. Dit was sowieso handig.

Cons:

Er is een eenvoudig restaurant en dat is comfortabel als je er geen al te uitgebreide avond van wilt maken. Er is ook een chiquer restaurant maar dat hebben we uiteindelijk niet geprobeerd. Het is vrij groot maar de dagen dat wij er waren was er weinig volk en op de een of andere manier sprak het ook ons niet zo aan.

Cons:

We were in Room 301 which we love (we had stayed there before). the room has a good desk which I would have used for a few minutes but didn't because of the absence of a suitable chair.

A lesson learned.!!!
Pros:

Staff were great.bed was comfortable and the view .was great.

The breakfast was nice but not just me people were asking me were did you get the tea pots.i had to ask for a t pot and a couple of t pots were in a cupboard.it seemed to be mayhem at breakfast time, oran

es while the breakfast was getting cold.never come across this before and weve stayed in many hotels.2nd morning our room wasnt updated while we were at breakfast so i asked for a couple of cups downstairs an it was when i got upstairs one of them was covered in tea stain which i could rub off with my finger.i think this is simple knowledge, simple hygeine.there was no swimming in lanes because there was fellas mucking about dping something in the two lanes,im a keen swimmer and was looking forward to this.no life guards at the
post which i thought was strange considering there was a lot of kids in pool, it only takes one slip or even someone to take ill. This was a big birthday celebration so didnt meet our expetations.originaly i asked before hand could the hotel arrange flowers and they said we cant, leaving the hotel for home a van pulled up and guess what it was a flowerist.

Lovely hotel but avoid thermal suite
Pros:

The staff were really lovely and helpful, the rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable.

Cons:

We paid €25 each to use the thermal suite and swimming pool, which was in the thick of children's swimming lessons. The thermal suite is quite small and doesnt offer much more than 2 steam rooms and 2 other rooms. For the price we paid we expected a lot more. The water pressure in the showers was terrible and the shower in the women's room didnt have any shampoo/conditioner etc

It was nice.
Pros:

Some of the staff were friendly. Asked for a change of room as we had initially been allotted a room with an adjoining door. In ten minutes we were sorted and changed to another room.

Cons:

Breakfast: Arrived at 9:45 am for breakfast. Was not shown to a table or shown where everything was. It was like having breakfast at a service station! Second morning arrived earlier . More food on display.It was a more pleasant experience.
Dinner: Featherblade of beef was tough and not tender as I have had in the past. We asked for sauce on the side but it was served covered in sauce.
The outside badly needs painting.

Pros:

Accommodated a request for an accessible room without any hassle, which was really appreciated.

Breakfast was good, able to fill yourself up and cut out the need for lunch.

Three choices for evening meals, but two of which pretty much had the same menu.

Cons:

Exterior building could do with a bit of a freshen up, that said grounds were immaculate.

Could have done with a bit more observation from the staff in some places, too busy chatting to each other rather than spotting customers
