Comfortable and convenient.
Pros:

Areas around the entire floor where one can get their steps in. Hotel is right next to Robinsons Mall. Front Desk, Security and Housekeeping Staff are accomodating and doing their job thoroughly.

Cons:

The room is tiny. The bed is a foot away from the door.

Pros:

The staff are all amazing. Nothing was too much hassle, everything was done with a smile. The location is also perfect for the Robinson's mall and the depot. And not one cockroach seen. The AC are all the proper ACs, not the loud boxes. A tip is putting the AC on dry.

Cons:

The rooms all need a big renovation and the owners need to have a think about solving the moisture problem, because the hallways are open by design. The first room we were in had water damage and black mold on the ceiling and bathroom , the second room had mold in the bathroom, and the AC dripped constantly. The third room was nice and clean but had issues with the key card daily. I felt sorry for bothering the staff all the time.

Acceptable stay.
Pros:

Great location next to the mall for food and other stuff required.

Cons:

The rooms were smaller than expected. The first room assigned to me had the aircon not cold, and the toilet was chocked. Room replacement was offered, but it was next to the linen closet, and staff were there during lull times, and I could hear their noises. If you're a light sleeper, you can't rest.

Die Gute Lage im Shopping Center Robinson

Cons:

Minimale Grösse der Zimmer
Unser Zimmer war im Innengang gelegen.
Das heisst ein kleines Fenster zum Korridor.
Kaum Platz zum sich drehen im Zimmer.
Mit Koffer eine Herausforderung.
Für den Preis gibt es bessere Alternativen
