Pros:

Bathroom needs a deep clean- the was mold in the grout. The walls need to be washed too- I could see some kind of liquid. One of the outlets was smashed and the upholstery on the chairs was torn.

Always a gift to spend some time in Pasadena.
Pros:

I love the style and design of this hotel, from the front desk to the single rooms. Fridge, microwave and coffe in the room were perfect. Decent size room and all the amenities.

Cons:

The parking lot is free (another good value!) but limited to the available spots.

Great remodeling and comfortable stay!
Pros:

I didn’t catch anyone’s names but the staff was amazing. I checked in late at night around 11pm. I didn’t have to wait long for anyone to come. She checked me in and gave me keys super fast. I was originally booked for 1 night so she automatically gave me a 12pm late check out complementary. I ended up extend for another night and they gave me reasonable rate, also with a late check out. The mini fridge and microwave worked great. 711 was walking distance (about 5 minutes) and they sent new towels as soon as I extended my stay. Great service!

Okay but I won’t be back
Pros:

I liked the location and places nearby. I liked the hot tub.

Cons:

Everything else. TV didn’t work. Everything looked worn down and not the cleanest. Outlet for USB didn’t work. Too many inconveniences.
