The staff were friendly and very polite. I liked the hotel, and the option of a smoking room was excellent. If I visit the same city again, this is definitely the hotel I will stay at

The room was a good size with a large shower. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was nice and plenty of choice. The restaurant attached to the hotel served very nice food
The room and bathroom were a little 'tired' but everything was clean, including the bedding and towels. Unfortunately my room smelt of stale cigarette smoke as smoking indoors in Türkiye seems allowed. The air-conditioning did not work (this was not problem during my stay as the weather was cool but it would be an issue on hot days).

Hizmetin harika olduğu fakat özellikle belirtmeme rağmen sigara içilen bir oda verilmesi hoşuma gitmedi. Eşyalarda biraz yıpranmıştı. Ama harika personeliyle beni mutlu eden bir yer oldu.
