Cons:

What show in photos is totally different than the real room. Wifi always have connection problem at night. Stay there for 3 nights and every night time around 11pm to 2 am half way taking shower there is no water heater

Location and staff were fantastic.

Cons:

Rooms very small, nowhere to put your luggage. Walls are paper thin, can virtually hear every sound from other rooms.

Tiny rooms but great location
Pros:

Central location in the heart of Chinatown and right by the MRT station. Fast internet, friendly staff and good water pressure in the shower.

Cons:

I had the single room and it is very tiny, even if you have everything you need.

Short getaway with family
Pros:

It’s rather new and the bed is comfortable to sleep. Although the family room is compact, but it’s cozy and doesn’t feel stuffy for 2 adults 2 teenagers. Like the idea of having projector instead of tv. The location is convenient as it’s in the middle of Chinatown, just that it’s located at 3rd floor but it is accessible with lift. Also, it is walking distance to the subway and eateries.

Cons:

The ground floor a-bit dodgy, but once you arrived at 3rd floor reception, it was ok. Not much facilities as it is a boutique hotel. Cleanliness can be improved.

Great fun room in clean hotel right in China Town.
Pros:

This hotel is accessible via a small lift and is in a great place to explore Chinatown and near a food hawkers market. There are loads of places to eat, a small 7-11 and a large supermarket upstairs above a clothes shop very near.
The room was fun and the bunk was really fun and have our som some space.
The glass in the bathroom frosts over at the press of a button outside the bathroom. There is a mini fridge.

Cons:

It was quite expensive for what it was but the trade off was no need to use Grab as much to get around.
