Absolutely nothing. This property failed on every basic expectation of honesty, service, and professionalism.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel misrepresented its service and handling of guests, and once payment was made, accountability completely disappeared.
Issues raised were either ignored or handled with dismissive and unprofessional responses. There was no transparency, no sincere attempt to resolve problems, and no respect for the guest. I felt deliberately misled and taken advantage of.
For a hotel operating under the Aston brand, this level of conduct is unacceptable. Management clearly prioritizes revenue over guest satisfaction and integrity. This is not how a legitimate or trustworthy hotel should operate.

The room we booked was suite but one of the room was not good, smelly and what we experienced was booking through booking.com treated differently from direct booking. The treatment was unfair.
Air conditioning was good. Connecting room was good.
