Not a good choice of hotel and charged us extra fee for kids

Cons:

They charged us an additional fee for "adult fee" of kids. We declared the ages of kids when we booked this room through booking.com the ages of kids which is 14, 13 and 8yo. We booked 2 rooms for this hotel. We didnt request for extra bed. We complained about this and told them that they shouldnt charge us for an addditional fee. The room came out expensive in the end. We could have opted for other hotels instead who charges fairly and with no additional hidden fees. This town is too far if you want to make it a base to shizouka. Remote area. Not advisable for tourists with no cars.

Nothing good about this property. Stayed in 04 different properties in last 10 days in Japan and this was the worst.

Cons:

Very old. Furniture etc was poor. Staff is not good. They did not even provide any water. Upon asking for milk for child they outrightly rejected and asked to go to convenience store at 6:30 am although they were serving milk in breakfast buffet already.

駅から大変近く、非常に便利です。スタッフさんの対応も本当に丁寧で、日本のおもてなしを感じられます。

Cons:

お部屋の清掃がちょっと行き届いてないところがあったことは改善していただきたいです。

Perfect comfy stay, great location and best breakfast
Pros:

Maybe did not expect is much but we were pleasantly surprised. Hotel feels new and is clean and roomy. Staff was nice and helpful. Rooms are big and had comfy beds. Location is great, good parking and next to the train station. It is in the center which means there are plenty of restaurants for dinner. Breakfast is really good!

Nothing really, perfect.
