Easy and clean
Pros:

Slightly bigger and more modern rooms than in the other chain hotel of the same name. Everything was good, clean and easy.

Cons:

The laundry is great but there are only three machines there. I had a 3kg wash but it didn't dry properly.

お値段の割には良い滞在が出来ました。
Pros:

客室はコンパクトなものの、観光で泊まるだけなら十分。水周りも比較的綺麗でした。
ベッドも広く、大人2人が寝てもまだ余るくらい。
テレビでAbemaTVなどが無料で見られたので、子どもたちも退屈せずに過ごせました。
アメニティも、化粧水などが雪肌精で、いつも自分が使っているものなので、安心して使えました。

Cons:

コーヒーやお茶はフロントから持っていきますが、フロント係の人の目の前から持っていくというのは、少し気が引けてしまって…いつも2~3杯はコーヒーを飲むのですが、1つだけにしようかな…って。
朝食はお値段の割にバリエーションが少ない気がしました。コーヒー持ち帰りが出来るのは良かったです。

Pros:

Goed ingerichte, moderne kamer met alle faciliteiten. Ontbijt was lekker en zeer uitgebreid. Vriendelijk personeel.

הכל היה מעולה והכי טוב זה הצוות בקבלה. עזרו לנו בכל בקשה שלנו. יחס מאוד חם . אני תמיד אומר שהעובדים בקבלה הם הלב של המלון..
המלון ממש קרוב לתחנת הרכבת.
שכרנו רכב וכך המלון שימש אותנו כנקודת יציאה לכל איזור פוג'י והאגמים מסביב.
היינו 5 לילות והיה לנו ממש כייף.
חדר גדול בקומה 9.
לא לקחנו ארוחת בוקר.

アメニティは自分で必要な分だけフロントから取る形式でした。雪肌精のスキンケアラインが使えたのが嬉しかったです。電話したらRefaのヘアアイロンも貸してもらえました。
お部屋は清潔で、十分に広さがありました。デスクも大きくて、デスクの上に鏡があるのもありがたかったです
