飯店臨姓氏橋附近在老城區內，離景點及美食都很方便

Cons:

房間在2樓臨路所以會有車子通過的聲音
房間的蓮蓬頭漏水，所以水聲滴整個晚上在我住宿的三個晚上均未處理
冷氣機發生滴水，亦未能及時修理

This is a perfect place to stay when you are visiting historic George Town. Beautiful rooms!
Pros:

Lovely room and excellent location -- walking distance to everything in historic George Town. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I would happily stay there again!

Cons:

The only thing missing was a mini fridge in the room. It would have been nice for having cold drinks and storing food.

Pros:

This hotel is very nice, built with high ceilings and ancient structure and deco that gives it charm. Rooms are good, with a beautiful bathroom and very good shower. Good A/C working and also a fan. It’s also has a comunal fridge at the reception, and a lounge area with coffee and tea. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Thank you.

Very comfortable, excellent location stay for the outgoing traveller!
Pros:

For our rapid stay in Georgetown, this hotel was ideal! Excellent location, nice aesthetics, friendly staff. The location is close to the jetties, close to Armenian street (10 minutes walk) and close to the night food market

Sehr schöne Zimmer. Stylisch eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich etwas in der Zeit zurück versetzt

Wir hatten zuerst ein Zimmer neben der Lobby. Die Person an der Lobby hat bis spät in die Nacht mit dem Handy auf Lautsprecher telefoniert. Es war sehr ringhörig und ich konnte deswegen nicht schlafen. Auch nachdem ich sie darauf aufmerksam gemacht habe, wurde es nicht wirklich ruhig. Wir haben danach Zimmer wechseln können. Das neue Zimmer im 1. Stock war dann perfekt

Please do NOT stay here!!! Although the pictures online look nice and cute, the place you get is completely different. The hotel is outdated and has little amenities. Upon arrival, there were no lifts or anyone to assist in carrying our luggage into our room upstairs, and the stairs themself were quite steep and dangerous. In the room there was no fridge and only a single glass bottle of water and cups, no filter. The TV is old and doesn’t have much on it. The room was very small and had mould and stains all over the walls. Even the sheets and towels had stains on them, completely unacceptable. The mattress was stiff and uncomfortable. The walls are also very thin, so throughout the night we were able to hear other guests conversations and any other noises coming from outside. There was a terrible smell in the bathroom even when no one had been in there (assuming it’s from the shared pipes or something?) When we expressed these concerns to the front desk, there was a complete lack of remorse or any attempt to resolve the situation. When we attempted to apply for a refund, the hotel simply rejected it despite the terrible experience we had and the ridiculous price paid for what we got. The only positive for this place is that it’s in a good location, however you are much better off finding another place in the area for a similar price that is much better than this. Overall, an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience and I would NOT recommend for anyone to stay here.

Camera carina e curata a George town
Pros:

Camera piccola ma carina ben curata, anche la temperatura ottima con anche il deumidificatore (essenziale in un caldo umido). staff gentile e buona posizione.

Cons:

Il pavimento in legno della camera superiore era molto fine e faceva rimbombare tutto (sicuramente anche l'ospite che camminava con passi pesanti nella notte non ha aiutato..) . Se siete al piano terra si dà direttamente sulla strada che seppur poco frequentata può essere rumorosa.
