Pros:

オーナーの方が日本語が堪能で、ツアーやご飯の相談をしたところとても円滑に提案・予約をしてくれました。
おかげで、事前に予約していたグリーンツアーのほかに、乗馬やレッドツアー、素敵なご飯屋さんにいけました！！
ホテル自体も綺麗で、朝食場所の眺めはとてもよかったです。

Pros:

We had an excellent stay at Terra Cave Hotel and would rate it 10/10. The location in Göreme is fantastic, with several great restaurants nearby (do make reservations as they can get busy).

The hotel helped arrange a mixed tour for us, and everything was seamless with smooth pickup and drop-off. A special shoutout to Servet, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay — he assisted us with everything we needed, including arranging transport for a Dervish show, which made the experience very convenient.

The breakfast was good with a nice variety each morning. One of the highlights was the terrace view — watching the hot-air balloons at sunrise was truly beautiful.

Our King Cave room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-appointed bathroom that included a bathtub. The bed was very comfortable, and we had great rest during our stay.

Do note that some places in Cappadocia prefer cash over card, so it’s good to have some on hand.

We also mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary, and the hotel kindly decorated our room for us — a very sweet and thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated.

Overall, a wonderful stay with great service, comfort, and location. Highly recommended!

Pros:

A good and comfortable hotel in the center of Göreme. The room is small but very nice.
The staff is amazing and provided excellent advice on viewpoints and all the information we needed.
Parking is a big plus

The decorations of the terrace are very old, not as nice as in photos

Une très belle expérience !
Pros:

Super séjour dans ce très bel hôtel. La literie est très confortable. Notre chambre était belle et propre. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon.
Le personnel, notamment Servet à la réception, était accueillant et nous a donné de bons conseils pour notre voyage.
Le clou du spectacle : le lever de soleil avec les montgolfières sur la terrasse de l’hôtel !

Cons:

C’est un détail mais il y avait un peu trop de « jour » dans notre chambre la nuit car pas de moyen de couvrir la petite fenêtre au dessus de la porte.

Séjour de rêve dans un hôtel intime où on vous fait vous sentir spécial
Pros:

Super hôtel, parfaitement situé dans les hauteurs de Göreme.
Le personnel est simplement adorable, disponible, de très bons conseils.
La vue depuis la terrasse est sublime, le petit déjeuner est très bon.
Vraiment une pepite que je recommanderai a tous les gens allant a Göreme. Foncez-y !

Amazing experience, would definitely stay again!

Amazing location and walking distance to town. Incredible hospitality from all staff including organising balloons in my room for my birthday. Breakfast was superb! Great services like laundry, tour bookings etc. Super cosy place, balloons came so close over the rooftop.

Good value for the money
Pros:

Very well located, excellent breakfast buffet, reasonably clean

Cons:

Broken shower where you just couldn’t work out the temperature. Minuscule room where you can’t open two suitcases on the floor. No lift to the second floor
