We got so lucky with choosing the Terra Cave hotel. The staff was especially helpful, accommodating, and kind. Servet, Abdullah, and Salim assisted with any questions throughout the day, and Salim was a treat to speak with and learn from! We appreciated all of their suggestions. In the kitchen, Gülümser and Ayla were fabulous! They were the sweetest and tried to connect despite knowing little English. The breakfast was a must-have. We made sure to not miss a day! They also track to make sure you attend breakfast, too. There was MORE than enough food and such a variety. Well worth the money.

Rooms were so cool and all unique. We had everything we needed and water bottles were provided. Everything was clean, showers were nice, and the beds were super comfortable! The location was ideal as we had incredible rooftop views, down a quiet street, and a close walk to downtown and hikes.

There was parking onsite which was helpful while having a car. Leaving the car felt safe and I felt safe staying here, as well!

I highly recommend staying at the Terra Cave!

Приезжаем не первый раз, все очень нравится. Номера-пещеры, комфортно, чисто, камины включены в стоимость, хотя многие отели берут деньги за дрова)

If this cave hotel is available, I would highly recommend staying for several nights. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Abdullah greeted us and provided numerous wonderful recommendations and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Servet and Salim were also very kind and welcoming. They all spoke excellent English and made us feel welcome.

The king suite was absolutely amazing, offering a cozy and great experience. The cleaning staff kept the room very clean and well stocked. The bathroom and shower were perfect after a long day of sightseeing. The location was ideal, with tour companies having no issues picking us up and dropping us off after excursions. It was just a few minute walk from the center city and a 1-minute walk to an adorable Cat Cafe.

Breakfast was delicious, with Gülümser and Aylu doing an amazing job preparing a beautiful spread every morning and greeting us with a smile. They also made fresh eggs and Turkish coffee upon request. The view was breathtaking from inside and on the terrace.

Overall, the staff, room, and breakfast made for a wonderful experience, and we would love to return and stay longer.

Café da manhã farto com excelente vista. Funcionários prestativos. O quarto que fiquei é espetacular, espaçoso, bem decorado, super limpo, cama confortável, banheiro excelente. Tudo muito bom. Excelente custo benefício. Recomendo!

Excelente estadía
Pros:

El recepcionista nos ayudó mucho. Nos coordinó el taxi, un show de noche turca y un tour corto para ir al castillo de Uchisar y la ciudad subterránea, por un cómodo precio.

Great location, views and staff, king suite needs improving.
Pros:

Excellent location and amazing views over Goreme. Really friendly staff at reception and at breakfast. Breakfast was good too! In the summer, I can imagine the rooftop would be amazing but the rugs were not out in winter.

We stayed in the king suite, bedding was comfortable, bathroom was great, very spacious (too much?).

Cons:

King suite felt more like a standard room with an added empty room to the side. It would have been nice to have something simple like a sofa and a large table in the second room, because it just felt really empty even with 2 small chairs and a table.

It was SO warm in the rooms we had to leave the window open all night every night even at 1c! No option to turn radiators off.

Our sink leaked onto the floor when used for more than 1 minute.
