El recepcionista nos ayudó mucho. Nos coordinó el taxi, un show de noche turca y un tour corto para ir al castillo de Uchisar y la ciudad subterránea, por un cómodo precio.

Excellent location and amazing views over Goreme. Really friendly staff at reception and at breakfast. Breakfast was good too! In the summer, I can imagine the rooftop would be amazing but the rugs were not out in winter.
We stayed in the king suite, bedding was comfortable, bathroom was great, very spacious (too much?).
King suite felt more like a standard room with an added empty room to the side. It would have been nice to have something simple like a sofa and a large table in the second room, because it just felt really empty even with 2 small chairs and a table.
It was SO warm in the rooms we had to leave the window open all night every night even at 1c! No option to turn radiators off.
Our sink leaked onto the floor when used for more than 1 minute.

They went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were taken care of, always with a warm smile and incredible attention to detail. The cave room was beautiful, comfortable, and full of charm, offering an authentic Cappadocia experience. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Cappadocia, we would definitely return!

No wardrobe, the water heating system was very inconvenient to balance with cold water (either too hot or too cold), shower was broken, breakfast didn’t have a lot of variety, room was too small.

とてもオーナーが親切でした。日本語も話せる方だったので、ツアーや空港往復のシャトルバスの手配などもしてくださり、おかげさまでカッパドキア旅を楽しめました。ロケーション、朝食のレストラン、ホテルの雰囲気も◎でした。
Las vistas del hotel son maravillosas, particularmente lo seleccioné por ello y no defraudo. La experiencia de habitación cueva también me gusto mucho, amplia, cómoda y contaba con todo lo necesario. La habitación tenía amplias ventanas, ubicada en el primer piso, de noche la vista era increíble y la terraza del hotel permitía visualizar Göreme y sus paisajes. Lo recomiendo ampliamente para quien quiera vivir la experiencia. El lugar está muy bien ubicado en Göreme, a 2 cuadras del centro, con comercios y muchos lugares para comer. En el hotel también puedes contratar las excursiones y los traslados al aeropuerto en minubus compartido, a precios muy convenientes para alguien que viaja solo. Estuve en navidad y la habitación estuvo perfectamente calefaccionada (con 2 aires calor) y el agua caliente del baño excelente. En definitiva, después de tanto analizar, este hotel fue la mejor opción para Capadocia.
