Amazing experience all round! The room was beautiful - it had a really cosy cave feel (even though it was big!) with all the amenities we could have wanted. The staff were lovely - really informative with great recommendations. They sorted trips out for us easily (even one that we were keen to do 2 hours after we arrived!) and were lovely and friendly. Breakfast was great (lovely homemade omelettes fresh out of the pan were a bonus) and the location was perfect - quiet and away from the busyness of the centre but close enough to have everything you need a 2 minute walk away. Would 100% stay here again!
The room (and the hotel as a whole) was really gorgeous. Carved in the rock, beautifully decorated, very quiet (when you've just been in Istanbul, that contrast was striking). The staff was very friendly and helpful

Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll und schön gestaltet. Die Junior Cave Suit war sehr außergewöhnlich schön mit viel Liebe ins Detail. Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit. Obwohl die Parksituation etwas schwierig war, hat das gut funktioniert, unteranderem auch, weil das Personal sich mit anderen abgesprochen hat.
Frühstück war auch eine 10/10!

The staff at Terra Cave was very accommodating to go above and beyond with their customer service, prime location closer to the top with great rooftop views, working with me to help get my room changed when it wasn't meeting expectations, and the daily breakfast was amazing!
The first room I was given was different from what I expected so I had to change rooms and pack last minute before an excursion we had to go to but the staff was accommodating to move my bags for me.
Très bien situé au cœur de l’action de Göreme et d’un dédale de petites rues étroites sinueuses à travers les rochers, l’hôtel est charmant et propre. Le petit-déjeuner est superbe, gracieuseté des deux dames aux fourneaux, et le service est attentionné. Le personnel est courtois, chaleureux et accueillant. La vue est vraiment belle, de jour comme de soir.
Nous avions la suite lit King en pierre… et c’est vraiment beau. Le foyer a pu être allumé par un gentil monsieur, fort aimable, ce qui est un plus en mars-avril puisque c’est encore frisquet. La suite donne sur un coin-salon commun, mais la configuration fait en sorte que c’est presque privé… tout comme le balcon attenant.
Comme partout dans Göreme, le stationnement est… difficile. Même chose ici alors que six places de stationnement (3 de large et deux de profond l’un derrière l’autre) sont disponibles pour quatre hôtels. Ceci dit, en quatre jours (du 30 mars au 2 avril), j’ai pu m’y stationner aisément à la condition de laisser les clés à la réception.

Wunderschönes Cave Hotel im Herzen von Göreme, mit top Personal, sauberem Zimmer und sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Einrichtung und das Ambiente ist außergewöhnlich und komfortabel.
Eine Kleinigkeit. Die Terrassen wurden im März (Nebensaison) bei gutem Wetter nicht dekoriert.
