Ganz besonderes Ambiente, sehr stimmig restauriert und renoviert. Der ganze Hoteltrakt nennt sich Zellenblock, durch die Originaltüren, gußeisernen Treppen und andere Details, eine irre Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück, bei dem man am Tisch bedient wird, ist das Tüpfelchen auf dem i.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Een fijne plek om te logeren met heel vriendelijke medewerkers midden in de stad.
Pros:

Een mooie locatie in het hart van Roermond. Vriendelijke ontvangst en een ruime kamer in de vorm van de oude gevangenis. Erg leuk vonden wij. Lekker ontbijt met goede service. Een aanrader.

Très agréable séjour, de quoi emmagasiner de sympathiques souvenirs
Pros:

L’emplacement en coeur de ville mais au calme.
Le pittoresque et l’agencement esthétique des lieux valent incontestablement le séjour.

Cons:

Un bémol pour le petit déjeuner servi à table, à volonté certes, mais par un personnel qui ne parle malheureusement pas français… d’où un peu de difficulté à se faire comprendre. Un buffet serait plus judicieux.
