West Hotel

Sometimes you go cheap you reap, other times you go cheap, and you weep. $60 a night should offer a decent bed at least and although I did sleep well, it was certainly not because of the room or bed. So, unless you want a breakfast feast of cockroaches, an obligatory cold shower (despite constant complaints, it never got better), a room decorated by a blind man, and no table light because they could not find a bulb, then this is the place for you.

The one saving grace is that really cheap Indian cafes and restaurants surround the hotel. The residents offer you the opportunity to research southern India without actually going there, plus you can get a taxi anytime by just using the parking place scam across the road, where you can do a deal for an unemployed driver to take you anywhere at cut price.

Insured? I never got an answer.

The hotel is very bad, I don’t advise anyone.
The actual room not like the pictures.
The reception girl was not caring about the clients even I asked her to order taxi for me she refused.

It's more than a poor facility, however hotels.com charge more than walk in instead.This hotel doesn't even have basic needs like water, tea or kattle for water warm. Wash design badly, moreover its old enough. I will never recommend this and even hotels.com I paid 233 at hotels.com but I seen some walk in with 200.

My worst experience with West Hotel,

Eh, I mean, there isn't too much good or bad to say about this hotel, it's super basic and worth its cheap price. My own experience was made worse by the fact that I didn't choose to pay online and since I checked in very late in the night (as I informed them right away of, never got a reply stating it'd be an issue), my room was given away to someone else. I slept on a couch at the reception and the next morning I was given the first room available, which was like half as large as what my booking said, and I was charged for the full price including the night I spent on the couch (for which someone else had already paid for...).
Jokes on you, I'm not coming back. Friendly staff though. Just be warned: paying online will make your life simpler, as they can't just randomly give away your room to someone else if you already paid for it.

Front desk let me check in early in the summer heat, jet legged. which was greatly appreciated. Otherwise, as far as star ratings, it is accurately rated. Maybe more suited for developing nation travelers who are doing business in Diera area. Diera area may not be for everyone.

Cosy hotel, the furniture is old, the bedding - excellent. Gentle staff. Recommendation - improve the cleanliness during the stay. Excellent for budget staying.

It’s not clean. The shower place is very bad. There are bug on the floor and every where. If they clean it well and change the TV location it will be a very good place.
