Theaterhotel De Oranjerie

We arrived at the hotel around 6:00 PM and were greeted by a receptionist who was not very service-minded. He seemed more focused on talking on the phone than welcoming us to the hotel.

When we got to our room, it was freezing cold, despite the fact that we had informed the hotel that we were traveling with a one-year-old child. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and felt as if there was a hole in the mattress. I spend around 100 nights in hotels every year, and this was by far the worst bed I have ever slept in. This was in room 79.

Breakfast, on the other hand, was excellent. The staff were very friendly, the food was delicious, and the service was great. The breakfast team could definitely teach the reception something about hospitality.

Unfortunately, I can only give the hotel 2 stars. When you pay close to 200 euros for a night, the least you can expect is a warm room and a comfortable bed.

Nice stay in this very good hotel at this time. Good breakfast Buffet. Roermond is a nice town. We like to stay here for 5-8 days with our Business friends.

De bedden lagen zalig en de douches waren zeer ruim. Je zit met je accommodatie midden in het centrum en parkeren is een makkie. Het ontbijt is zeer goed verzorgt.

Splendid celeriac steak in the restaurant! After the weekend, in for a fresh warm plate, if meat is not on the request, then you definitely have to go for the celeriac steak! Very good combined, special mushrooms, nice sauces, veggies, crispy frites…

Mooie accommodatie en kamer. Airco niet zo goed en vanaf 23u automatisch uit. Kussens erg dik (voor mij).

Beautiful hotel with excellent food and great staff.

Superb staff, great facilities and the breakfast was outstanding. The hotel is well placed for the railway station and we were able to take day trips by train.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und edel. Die Zimmer sind groß und ordentlich. Die kleinen Balkone waren sehr schmutzig, könnte man mal sauber machen.
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist groß und für jeden was dabei.
Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Wochenende in Roermond verbracht.

Das Theaterhotel De Oranjerie ist ein echtes Juwel! Schon beim Betreten spürt man das besondere Ambiente – stilvoll, elegant und gleichzeitig gemütlich, sodass man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Die geschmackvolle Einrichtung und die liebevollen Details schaffen eine Atmosphäre, die den Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem macht.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Frühstück: Es ist einfach hervorragend! Die Auswahl ist reichhaltig, frisch und von hoher Qualität. Ob knusprige Brötchen, frisches Obst, köstliche Aufstriche oder warme Speisen – hier bleibt wirklich kein Wunsch offen. Dazu wird alles in einem sehr angenehmen Rahmen präsentiert, was den Start in den Tag perfekt macht.

Ein rundum großartiges Hotel, das ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen kann – sowohl für Geschäftsreisen als auch für einen entspannten Wochenendtrip.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr sehr schön, gerade auch der Frühstücksraum in der Mitte des “Theaters”. Das Frühstück ist super, tolle Auswahl. Die Lage des Hotels könnte nicht besser sein, man ist direkt im Kern und läuft nur wenige Minuten zu den wichtigsten Attraktionen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Points d'amélioration : parking payant à 7,5€ devrait être plus abordable, impossible d'arrêter la climatisation dans la chambre (bruit continu pendant la nuit), très petite piscine plutôt froide avec jets (air froid) automatisé toutes les 15 minutes (impossible de les activer manuellement) et pas de cabine pour se changer (pensez à prendre un peignoir car rien n'est fourni), aucune attention de l'hôtel pour un anniversaire de mariage (uniquement moyennant un supplément) alors qu'un simple petit mot de félicitations aurait déjà été apprécié...

Guten Tag, Zimmer war relativ sauber Fenster von außen verschmutzt.
Persona, kompetent und freundlich
Klimaanlage war nicht optimal einzustellen.
Frühstuck, alles bestens.
Für die Unterbringung der Kleidung allerdings zu wenig Platz. Gruß W.Schulz
