If you think this is 4 star hotel standard you are completely wrong , this is building without standard and worst management I ever seen in my very long travelling history , I had thousands reviews of hotel I’ve been visited , I’m confident to say this is the worst hotel I ever stayed , first , the hotel clean room only by request , also the window very dirty , the last guest stuff kept in the drawers , no towels provided after clean the room , the stuff unprofessional how dare they believe this is 4 stars hotel , the manager smile without apologies for all what I said when i confronted him . If you want spoil your holiday stay here !

I stayed at this hotel less than 3 months ago and I enjoyed it so I booked it again. BIG MISTAKE! There were long, black hairs in the bed and the grout in the shower was incredibly mouldy and disgusting. On my 2nd last day, one of my shirts came back from the laundry still dirty so they sent it away to be washed again. They assured me it would be back by 11am the following day. I had to check out at 1pm. When I went to check out, I asked if I could collect my shirt and they asked me to wait 5 minutes. I told them I only had 5 minutes to spare because I had to get to the airport. 5 mins became 15 mins which then became 30 minutes. They had agreed to post my shirt to Australia and refund my laundry cost but no moron would take my address. My stress levels went THROUGH THE ROOF when they kept me waiting 40 minutes! Then somebody handed me my WET t-shirt which was STILL STAINED! They still agreed to refund my laundry charge and get me a shuttle to the airport. STILL NO REFUND! They had NO UNDERSTANDING that I had to get to the airport. They kept asking me to wait "five minutes, five more minutes." That became 40 minutes. Then I got a WET t-shirt which was still stained. STRESS, STRESS, STRESS...and still NO REFUND. Never again. I have attached a photo of the MOULDY GROUT. Blergh!

Nice hotel and breakfast is variety choice. The waiters are very good.polite and helpful especially the waiter name Mohamed Fakar.he is very gentle and good.
Hotel is very convenient and everything near by.
We went out all day for sight seen. Beautiful place

I have stayed there on the 30 of November 2024 for one night and it was an exceptional experience, a cozy hotel and a pleasant staff my room was equipped with all my needs breakfast is good , everything was to my liking and I’ll make sure to come back again

Omigosh! I booked one of the Executive Suites and it was possibly the biggest hotel room I have ever stayed in! Spotlessly clean with a huge lounge room and massive bedroom complete with extra large bathroom including bathtub. Service at the hotel was excellent. I can't comment on breakfast because I never had breakfast there. Swimming pool looked lovely but it is incredibly small. The location is not exactly close to many things but there is a small supermarket closeby. Uber was a great option for getting around. This property comes highly recommended and I would stay there again.

Staff was accommodating and friendly, Room wasn't very clean and the furniture (i.e. chair, desk, bed, mini-fridge, etc.) need updated. The area felt safe and was close to City Centre. There was no mini-store in hotel, nearest store was down the street, in the parking garage of a different apartment building. While we were satisfied with our stay, if we return to Bahrain, we will more than likely stay somewhere else.

Really like the large room with the view.
Internet was good. TV had a few English channels.
Most the staff was very nice, and I was allowed to check out later.
Due to Ramadan: pool closed earlier (at 17.00 instead of 18.00) - no buffet breakfast… had to be ordered room service - my only disappointment is 5 minutes after I paid, the waiter came back and said he was not accepting one of my 1 Bahraini dinar bill, because there was a tear in it?!? I have never had someone refusing “local” currency because of that… to avoid further disappointment I bought meals at the shopping mall near the hotel. A loss for the hotel.

Our room was next to the swimming pools and there was music playing from the speakers all night we couldn’t sleep, and I tried calling the reception many times they don’t answer

I commend Sweta as she is very friendly and professional at the same time. She makes sure that she deliver the best quality of service. My stay in this hotel is such a great experience not just because of the amenities but mainly because of the hospitable staff just like Sweta. Applause.

The experience during my stay was great and all staff were helpful and polite. The room was huge and had tea and coffee making facilities, flat screen tv with international channels. The room was clean although there were some stains on the carpet and some scrapes and chips on some of the wooden furnishings, I did not bring this to the attention of the hotel at the time as I’m sure they are fully aware of this. I would recommend this hotel as good location and I did enjoy my stay here.

Great staff

Very good central location; not far from airport, very close to the biggest mall with beautiful view of the sea side. Check in was swift. Room is spacious with modern amenities and furniture. Curtains open and close upon a bedside buttons. Big flat TV screen with many channels. Kettle with tea and coffee. Toilet is big and modern with a shower cabin as well as a tub. Shower gel and shampoo did not have aroma. The room had a working business table. Iron and iron table for a speedy press. Parking is free. Wi-Fi was speedy. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet .

Very noisy hotel inside the room. No soundproofing. Very worn furniture and high price compared to the same class hotel. I will never stay in this hotel again even for free.
The only thing good about this hotel is the city center mall is near

It was a nice stay. The room and the bathroom were very spacious. The hotel is too close to the City Center..You can go walking and enter the mall through The Meridian. Things I didn’t like about the hotel are: the water of the bidet wasn’t strong enough and the bidet shower was too strong. Walls of the room aren’t thick..I could hear other people while closing their doors which made unable to sleep. The hotel smells like smoking. Over all it was a good price and suitable for our stay.

We asked and paid for an extra bed,after that they gave us a mattress for my kid. We asked the receptionist to change it and she refused...this is not acceptable I feel like they robbed us.I don't recommended this hotel.

Near shopping centers and highway , very quite area.
Cleanness Must need improvement, there’s no hot shower only worm! Bed sheets and towels must change for higher quality.
