It was a very pleasant experience staying at this hotel, the service was very friendly and the staff were really cool, thank you also to the staff member named Kendry for their help, I will definitely come back here.

I was very impressed with the service at this hotel. From the quick check-in process to check-out, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, cool, spacious, and quiet. The breakfast was also very varied and delicious. The swimming pool and gym facilities were well-maintained. The location is very strategic, close to the shopping center. The price offered is definitely worth it. To Kak Nindi and Mas Wahyuki, thank you very much for your service.

I have known the brand for quite some time and finally had a chance to experience. The friendly receptionist and kind security personnel in lobby have helped to create a warm and positive welcome. Room definitely needs touch up and requires immediate maintenance.
Restaurant served an oke breakfast choices. Again the warm employees added more happiness on to the ambience.

I was growing for affordable hotel to spent at least a week during my Jakarta holiday.
So, I came across this hotel. I read the review . That’s why I choose and booked this hotel.

During my arriving at the hotel, I was greets by lovely and friendly young girl. She known as Frizka, the hotel supervisor . She offered me to look and check couple of rooms. She brought me to the 5ft floor. I looked at the rooms and I choose the room with the vinyl floors.

She helps me with the smooth check in. The hotel provide, swimming pools, gym, and room service. The hotel has a car park as well. And the most I like stay there is the super Indo supermarket just next door. How nice 😊

During my stay at Grand Tjokro, I’ve been staying in the same room. Because it was comfortable and convenient room for me. The house keeping guys are very nice and friendly.
I had the chance to meet Dede. The nice guy and he was doing extraordinary service whilst i was there. He offered me to clean my room every day. He said, only if he had roster . He and I had a little chat about his current situation. Apparently, he wasn’t a permanent staff at the hotel. It was sad to hear that.

I’m hoping, the hotel will give him a chance to be a permanent staff. As he was a good man and he works hard. He was helpful and honest.

I am happy during my stay at Grand Tjokro. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for accommodation in Jakarta. The location is very close to the famous shopping centre like Central Park mall, SOHO and Ciputra mall. Easy access to the hotel and anywhere in Jakarta.

Had an unforgettable stay at Grand Tjokro Jakarta, highlighted by a beautiful candlelight dinner inside the room. Special thanks to Fira and Fadia at reception for their warm hospitality and seamless arrangements. From the resto Dewi was extremely friendly and helpful and the setup was perfect for a romantic evening. Highly recommend for a special stay!

I got a room on a high floor with a amazing view. This hotel is strategically close to Ciputra mall and Central Park.
Cleanliness and service are also excellent, I was really helped by the friendly reception staff named Ulfa.
The food at the restaurant is also delicious and has lots of choices.
Very worth the price and recommend for those who want to stay in West Jakarta
