I frequent The Saint and always have the best experience. It’s the best vibe for a fun time in Key West. Everything about it is the best!!!

Sweet hotel

We stayed at this hotel during our time in Key West while my husband participated in a 100-mile race. After running for 28 hours, both of us were completely exhausted, especially because I was supporting him throughout the event as his crew.

We arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time hoping simply for some understanding after such an intense experience. Unfortunately, the front desk interaction felt somewhat cold and rushed, as though the priority was for us to leave the reception area as quickly as possible.

The room itself was comfortable; however, several details did not reflect the level of quality the hotel presents or the price charged for the stay. Even small details, such as the very poor quality toilet paper, contributed to that impression.

Our room was located next to the bar area. The first night, the loud music did not bother us too much because exhaustion made it easy to fall asleep immediately. However, the second night was extremely difficult. We had to turn the television volume all the way up just to hear it over the music, which ultimately created two competing noises at once. Between the loud bar music and the television, getting proper rest became nearly impossible.

The pool area was pleasant, and the breakfast attendant was absolutely wonderful — truly the highlight of the service experience during our stay.

Overall, while there were some positive aspects, I do not believe we would choose to stay at this hotel again in the future.

The Saint Hotel Key West Autograph Collection has, by far, the worst and most uncomfortable mattress we have experienced at any hotel anywhere in the world. We raised this issue with management multiple times, and the only action taken was flipping the mattress over, which did nothing to resolve the problem.
When my wife, a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium member, was finally able to speak with the General Manager, his response was simply, “We have approved Marriott mattresses, and we get compliments on our beds all the time.” His dismissive attitude completely minimized my wife’s concerns and made it seem as though our experience was being discredited. The mattress was clearly sagging and offered little to no support, and we were made to feel as if we were exaggerating or being untruthful when we talked to him. Only when we said we were going to check out early, he called our room 45 minutes later to offer to move us to another room. I would challenge the General Manager to spend a night sleeping on that mattress himself. This is not the standard one expects from a luxury Marriott property—especially when paying over $600 per night. We will certainly return to Key West, but we will never stay at The Saint again.

I stayed here last weekend and after the first nights sleep told the manager and GM that our mattress was sloping. They offered to flip the mattress over. I told them we had a horrible nights sleep bc we kept sliding into the middle and had to sleep at a slant. The GM told me the mattresses are "Marriott approved" and he gets compliments all the time. So did he not believe me? As a titanium marriottt memeber - do you think I would lie ab the mattress to try to save money? Offensive customer service for such a cute hotel with lots of potential.

We stayed three nights at this hotel and had a good experience. Excellent location with Duval Street around the corner. It is generally quiet (except for the night party on the hotel deck near our room, which runs until 11 pm). This is an old building with a unique layout. Our room is a good size, clean, and functional. Lighting is well designed as well. If we visit Key West again, this is the hotel we will stay at.

Wow, what a great boutique hotel. The staff makes you feel like family. Restaurant is great too. Excellent location, yet quiet. Highly recommend.

This hidden Gems is charming and in great central location. We had a second floor king without balcony facing Duval street. There was some noise but not awful. Great view for people watching. We also love the pet-free and the adult only atmosphere. The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. And this may help Future travelers. Room #226 has the best Duval street view but very small closet spaces. Room #225 has the largest shower and closet spaces. As a side note, both rooms, and I‘m assuming that all the rooms had the vanity mirror hung at the same height, I‘m only 5‘ tall, on my tippy toes I could only see my forehead! Unfortunately the vanity in the bathroom is the best place to put on makeup.

Stopped in for a dinner bite at bar by myself. The bartender who styles himself like a Viking was standing in front of me, looked at me and started searching cocktail recipes on his phone. I sat with no menu, nothing, for 10 minutes until a female bartender asked if I wanted something. She poured cocktail, which was good, and I ordered the tuna salad, mussels and olives. Tuna salad was good, but the mussel broth was flavorless and mussels were tiny - shells breaking. The aforementioned male bartender ignored me the entire meal. I had to ask lounge servers for water, to-go box, etc. When I asked to close my check, he said nothing and gave me a thumbs up. Walked away.

Location, the lighting, the staff!!

Best of the Best excellent service and great Happy Hour. My favorite is the Scallops so delicious the mussels are excellent . Service is excellent. One of our favorites before bingo. Thank you to the saint for such excellent service, food and attention to detail.
