This hidden Gems is charming and in great central location. We had a second floor king without balcony facing Duval street. There was some noise but not awful. Great view for people watching. We also love the pet-free and the adult only atmosphere. The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. And this may help Future travelers. Room #226 has the best Duval street view but very small closet spaces. Room #225 has the largest shower and closet spaces. As a side note, both rooms, and I‘m assuming that all the rooms had the vanity mirror hung at the same height, I‘m only 5‘ tall, on my tippy toes I could only see my forehead! Unfortunately the vanity in the bathroom is the best place to put on makeup.
Stopped in for a dinner bite at bar by myself. The bartender who styles himself like a Viking was standing in front of me, looked at me and started searching cocktail recipes on his phone. I sat with no menu, nothing, for 10 minutes until a female bartender asked if I wanted something. She poured cocktail, which was good, and I ordered the tuna salad, mussels and olives. Tuna salad was good, but the mussel broth was flavorless and mussels were tiny - shells breaking. The aforementioned male bartender ignored me the entire meal. I had to ask lounge servers for water, to-go box, etc. When I asked to close my check, he said nothing and gave me a thumbs up. Walked away.
Location, the lighting, the staff!!

Best of the Best excellent service and great Happy Hour. My favorite is the Scallops so delicious the mussels are excellent . Service is excellent. One of our favorites before bingo. Thank you to the saint for such excellent service, food and attention to detail.
The location was great
It lacked a KW feel. Lacked cleanliness and felt “cheap”.
Localização e limpeza
Atendente do check in , mal humorada e educada.
Great hotel at the heart of Duval Street. Room was great. Roof top bar is must go for any stay as they have great music. Awesome bartender Maria at the rooftop who makes great drinks, great service, and conversation. Bikes were great to see the island. Definitely a great spot to stay.
This hotel is in an excellent location, right off Duval Street in Key West. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go, although they offered use of their bicycles. Our room was cute and the bed was very comfortable. Our room opened to the pool area and was a bit awkard as we had to manage the shutters for privacy. Breakfast was yummy! My main complaint about the property was that the pool area and loungers were dirty. Also, housekeeping left our used glasses and pool towels in the room instead of providing clean ones. The lovely outdoor dining area featured a canopy of fake foliage. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Great spot!
The Saint Hotel is by far the BEST hotel we’ve ever stayed at! This adult only eclectic boutique hotel offers top notch amenities, delicious food & beverage offerings, and the location right off Duval can’t be beat - within walking distance to everything Key West has to offer. The atmosphere is very laid back and relaxing, and every staff member we encountered (Gustavo, Maria, Paolina , Paul) was eager to go above and beyond to insure that our visit was flawless. We’re already anticipating our next visit!
The prime location of this hotel with a side gate that pops you out on Duval Street is perfectly within walking distance from all the downtown action. This property had an eclectic vibe with blue mood lighting and a pool in the middle of the property that provided the relaxation we were looking for in Key West. Nothing fancy or over the top, and it was great having the option of using the hotel bikes to enjoy the gorgeous island.
The Staff was awesome.. I would recommend upgrading the room above the standard queen. This room was very dated and did not have any real standard features hotel rooms usally come with at similar rates. The rest of the hotel was vey acceptable and location was great. I will stay again but not in those queen standard room.
Had issues with water pressure and very little hot water in room 301
My husband and I stayed in the queen loft room for a week in May. We had a fantastic time. Yes, it was expensive, but we knew that going in and decided to splurge. The hotel is very centrally located, right off of Duval St. It felt like everything (Mallory Sq, the buoy, Hemmingway House) was a 15 minute walk away. The only (very available) Ubers we needed were to/from the airport and Ft Zachary Beach.
The hotel was very quiet, the pool was tranquil and relaxing with a good drink service. We had Sunday brunch at the hotel with unlimited mimosas/bloody marys, which was great. Craft cocktails at the bar were good.
Being in the loft room, we were isolated from all the noise, with the exception of the nightly live music beneath us, which we enjoyed from our private balcony and promptly ended at 11:00 pm every night.
All told, it was a great spot for us and we are already talking about visiting again.
We have bugs at are room. Crowing over the bags and bed. We have several bits discussed.
No refrigerador or mini refrigerador at room.
I can't say enough about this hotel. Small and quiet but location was central to anything by the water or on Duval. Had a room with a pool view. Staff was amazing and friendly every day. Didn't get a chance to eat or have drinks there. I would definitely return. Clean, comfortable and pleasant.
