I booked for a double suite and they gave me a king suite for 3 adults and 2 kids...ask me where my kids slept

I feel safe. It’s spacious and comfy. I’ll be back

It’s convenient. I was displaced a few weeks. The front seat staff Ms.Mary went above and beyond to see that my family was settled and comfy. Ms.Lanika the breakfast attendant was friendly. I stay here often and we love our stay. It’s like family.

Cons:

Our refrigerator has a problem.

Room was clean. Hot breakfast was good. Location was perfect. The mirror in the bathroom was really nice and great lighting

Cons:

I requested a early checkin which the hotel charged me $50.00 for unless you are a member. Then I get to the room and it is dirty. I immediately go back to the front desk and they had to give me another room different from what i booked. The pool was very cold so my kids didnt care for that much.

Assez agréable étant donné que l’hôtel vendait d’être rénové .
Pros:

Le tapis dans les chambres a été retiré et remplacé par du plancher.

Cons:

Fumée des cigarettes autour de l’hôtel. Même si les personnes fument à l’extérieur de l’hôtel , l’odeur de la fumée était très dérangeante pour moi.
