Not what I would expect from Comfort Inn.

Cons:

The person English was terrible.
15 attempts to call about the A/C no one ever picked up the phone.
The A/C only blew out hot air.
They offered me a Fan id rather a room with Working A/C.
WE HAD TO SECURR ANOTHER HOTEL AT 8PM.
TO GET A REFU D IT TOOK3 DAYS TO GET THE LROPERTY GM to do it. BOOKING TRIED TO REACH HIM AND THE HOTEL STILL NO ANSWER.
WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE.

It was OK
Pros:

The fact that I could have my kids sleeping in one room, it still be able to stay up and sleep in another. Waking up to the ability to have waffles.

Cons:

Rundown. Pool area needs to be re thought. Elevator broken. Ice machine missing on the 2 nd floor. Breakfast should have more grab and go

Spend a couple dollars and go somewhere better

The kids loved the pool that was about the only highlight.

Cons:

We had to switch rooms in the middle of the night because we got locked inside of our room. There was no phone to call the front desk so I had to Google the phone number and call the front desk and have somebody come unlock our door. They could not figure out why it kept blocking when we would shut it so they switched our rooms. Also many of our teammates that were also staying had to switch rooms due to cleanliness issues. They definitely need new beds because they’re old and disgusting.

Hotel was convenient and clean.
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Room was spacious. Breakfast was great!

Cons:

Room never got below 74 degrees despite setting the temperature at 68.

I enjoyed the work workout facility. I appreciated the spacious king suite as well. Plenty of room in the spacious bedroom.

Bad experience
Pros:

The location was pretty good and the room was clean when we got there.p

Cons:

Where to start the room and had no air conditioner is apparently broken and they were trying to fix it. They told us it would be fixed by Monday or Tuesday and was still not fixed when we left on Friday morning. They did give us a fan to stir the air and try to make it cooler but it was still 77 to 78°. They would stack the trash at the back door where you had to go out to get in your car it was there for days. The indoor pool looks cloudy. I had to get our card redone twice cuz it would not let us in the room and I had to ask for more towels and wash clothes cuz I never came and got the dirty ones out and put new ones in and we did not have the do not deserve sign on the door.

Comfortable no pun intended
Pros:

The comfort of the bed was good. Room was clean. Staff friendly did not bother you. Quite close to many shops and restaurants.

Cons:

Pool didn’t look too inviting and construction was going on parking was limited trash set at back door for quite sometime which was not appealing.
