Literie confortable, super petit déjeuner, piscine avec vue sur la ville

Emplacement un peu à part au cœur de Little India (nous avons apprécié mais cela peut être oppressant au bout de qqs jours). Au-delà j’ai eu un souci de réservation (via Booking) pour les petits-déjeuners de mes enfants (la politique de l’hôtel est peu lisible à cet égard). Le service clients de Booking a été déplorable et ne m’a pas du tout assistée (c’est donc là plutôt une critique de booking et pas du personnel de l hôtel qui a finalement accepté de les prendre en charge, mais l’arrivée à l’hôtel a été quelque peu désagréable à cause de cela). Attention à ceci si vous voyagez avec vos enfants.

Vorsicht bei diesen Hilton Hotel, rechnet falsch ab.
Pros:

Sauber war es im Grunde schon. Doch am Anfang hat das Zimmer etwas muffig gerochen.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat falsche Summen von der Kreditkarte abgezogen, reserviert, die nicht mit der Rechnung über einstimmen. Deposit wahrscheinlich nicht abgezogen worden - unmöglich, sehr wahrscheinlich aus voller Absicht. Es wurde bereits eine Übernachtung abgezogen, aber gleichzeitig 2 Nächte mit falschen Summen reserviert, bei insgesamt 2 Übernachtungen. Nun muss man endlose E-Mail Verkehr anstellen. Mal sehen ob man sein zu viel bezahltes Geld zurück bekommt. Diese Abzocke unter dem Mantel von Hilton geht überhaupt nicht. Meidet das Hilton Hotel im Little India, habe ich von dieser Kette noch nie erlebt.
Außerdem wurden wir einmal ausgesperrt, Karten gingen nicht (ca. 2 h Wartezeit auf den Techniker, bis wir wieder reinkamen) Das Frühstück ist sehr, sehr dürftig. Im Grunde kein Hilton Standard- Das Schlafsofa ist absolut eine Zumutung. Abends von der MTR Station zum Hotel zulaufen ist auch eine recht ungemütliche Angelegenheit, zu viele recht ungemütliche Gestalten dort unterwegs.

Great place, really helpful staff and good facilities in a good location
Pros:

Great location, really convenient for MRT and Little India. Good sized room, comfortable beds. Nice pool and good breakfast with local and western offerings. Really helpful staff and very convenient couple of shops just off reception if you want snacks or to buy your own breakfast / meals. Really great that you can use the pool facilities which include showers after check out while waiting for flight.

Cons:

It seemed to take a long time for any hot water to come through for the showers in bedrooms and by the pool.
Some of the windows in rooms look out over Government buildings and so are blacked out. There is no information on this when you book. They've done what they can to manage the situation but if you are putting in a room request and specifically want a full window it would be worth requesting this......

Settle these 2 issues and the property would be good

The staff was good

Cons:

There was a smell coming from WC whenever we come to the room. I think the sewer pipe is clogged. The aircond has issue too. Corridor is cold but the room is warm eventhough we put it 17 degree. Your maintenance checked and couldnt do anything but offered a standing fan which we refused

Good stay in Little India
Pros:

Was a nice stay in Little India. The room was nice and spacious. There was construction nearby but it was only during working hours. The laundry facilities helped for our long stay and I had breakfast included for two of us for free which was great. Loved the omelette station. The location was walking distance to shopping and the subway which really helped.
