Staff were attentive, rooms were very clean, only 5 minds walk to MRT and Tekka Centre.

At Reception and at Breakfast place all were polite and helpful. Even the GM lifted our suitcases from our Floor to Reception ( While Checkout).

the property was at a prime location near to mrt and major shopping outlets and very friendly and helpful staff.
the air conditioning wasn’t adequate as we liked it to be. they did come and attend to our complaint about it, but ultimately it wasn’t sufficient to efficiently cool the room.

Breakfast was great, staff in the restaurant were prompt, room service was prompt, location was reachable from public transport.
(1) Booking was for stay with breakfast. But when i reached hotel found that there is a hidden clause. Breakfast was included for adults but for my kid i had to pay extra. It was indicated that this was booking.com issue and not the hotel issue. Why say under breakfast section : breakfast included & later in section below it was indicated otherwise.
(2) While booking I had booked with My HDC Back Diners International card & this was accepted. But in the hotel this was not working. The hotel staff knew very well the diners card doesn't work but they tried to give multiple reasons. I had enabled by diners card for international payment and it also had the lowest FX mark up charges. Otherwise I would have carried a travel card. So ended up paying more. Booking.com should check and remove the diners card option if this is not supported.
Unser Zimmer war klein, aber ausreichend. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich möbliert. Wir konnten auf den Betten gut schlafen. Es war ruhig vom Flur her und von der Straße (10.Stock).
Das Personal war durchgängig sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist verkehrsgünstig (MRT-Station "Little India") und es gibt jede Menge Restaurants in der Nähe.
Die Lage ist zwar verkehrsgünstig, aber nicht attraktiv. "Little India" ist nicht der sauberste Stadtteil Singapurs.
Das Frühstück ist zwar reichhaltig, aber z.T. von geringer Qualität.
Overall, my stay was standard and smooth until I asked for an invoice at check-out. This was the first time I had ever encountered such a situation. I told the receptionist that I needed an invoice, but I was informed that the hotel could not provide one because my reservation had been made through Booking.com. Booking.com, on the other hand, says that the invoice can only be issued by the hotel. I honestly do not know which side is responsible, the hotel or Booking.com. However, if this is really how the system works, then the hotel should reconsider being listed on Booking.com, because situations like this leave guests like me inconvenienced and unfairly caught in the middle.
