Room with balcony. It had a nice view from the top floor.

Cons:

First - the customer service staff confirmed that a room can be accommodated with an extra bedding and it will be provided. However, upon reaching, the front desk staff said that we do not provide extra bedding.

Though, it was solved through using multiple quilts but I had cancelled my booking at some other hotel with accommodation for three and bigger room.

Second, the bathroom of the room is super small. Your hand keeps hitting the glass wall fearing it will fall.

Great service & comfy beds
Pros:

The service was great, beds were super comfy and the room was clean.

Cons:

That we were charged for a "City View deluxe room" room. The window was majority frosted due to security reasons, hence we think it was a bit misleading to be called a city room with a view. We paid for the upgrade and didn't think it was worth it.

Great hotel in little India, beds arrangements not clear.
Pros:

Hilton was clean and breakfast was great.

Cons:

I booked twin room and specified 3 people and paid extra for the third person when booking so was expecting a sofa bed.
When I arrived I was told the two single beds would be put together so three people can sleep! And they cannot put a sofa bed in a twin room.

After 1 hour at front desk I was given a king bed and sofa bed. Two siblings had to share a king bed when expecting two single beds.

Staff not helpful and kept saying I would have to pay extra for sofa bed when I already booked for 3 people.

Families beware.

Pros:

Wasser in Trinkwasser Qualität zum trinken im Badezimmer, d.h. wir konnten unsere Wasserflaschen auffüllen.

Cons:

Hotel auf indische Gäste ausgerichtet. Hat sich bei der Essensauswahl am Frühstück gezeigt.
Die Lage Little India hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen.
Am Wochenende war in den Straßen Männer Überschuss. Ich hatte mich nicht wohl gefühlt. Da gibt es andere Viertel in Singapur die eher europäische Gäste ansprechen.

Pros:

The good part about this hote is the food. They were plenty of options to choose from at breakfast which I admired. It doesn't stand out from other hotels,but it's still good.

Cons:

Although the breakfast was good, i had a very unpleasant stay. To start off, we booked a room for two teenagers and an adult and they said the room would accommodate us. But we ended up having to join the two beds together and take turns sitting on the sides because the middle was uncomfortable. The room was also much smaller than the pictures posted. They lights also go out often. The housekeeping was also terrible. We used one towel and made a little stain and thought they'd change it the next day. They just folded it and put it back up. And then again breakfast . We booked for a breakfast included room but when we were checking in they said it includes breakfast for one adult. We ended up having to pay for two people everyday. The pool was also smaller than the pictures. The hotel did not meet my expectations at all, assuming the the price and it's well-known name.
