Ruhige Lage aber Vorsicht mit dem Dachgeschoss
Pros:

Da ich keine nicht offenbaren Fenster mag, wird der Filter auf "Balkon" gesetzt. Die Aussicht vom Dachgeschoss ist phänomenal, aber leider....
Sonst alles top.Guter Ausgangspunkt für eine Wanderung durchs indische Viertel zu den Gardens.
Eine Empfehlung für Leute, die auch ohne offenes Fenster leben können.

Cons:

Leider sind die Zimmer mit Balkon nur im obersten Stock. Nachts nerven die Klimaanlagen auf dem Dach dann schon sehr.

Pros:

Отель расположен удобно, метро рядом, идти минуты 3-4. Китайский и индийский кварталы рядом. Все пишут, что номера в Сингапурских отелях маленькие, готовились, но вполне себе для двоих номер . До этого жили в Хилтон на Бали такой же размер. Нравится эта сеть вообщем нам, стараемся по возможности его бронировать. Отличная кровать, постель белоснежная. Чай, кофе, чайник везде есть. А Хилон отелях есть утюг и доска , сейф. Воды в бутылках нету, есть фильтр в ванной комнате. Шикарная линейка косметики в ванной , гель, шампунь , кондиционер, и моя любовь это ласьон для тела ❤️❤️ Ещё не очень удобно, но можно пережить:)), в душевой нет полноценной двери , половина перегородки.

В отеле очень маленький не уютный холл. На рецепции сотрудники приветливые, стараются. Заселили раньше времени, хоть мы и не просили. Приятно. В номере было грязновато , неожиданно, но факт. Палас и подоконник а ля топчан с подушками. Подушки на кровати и балдахин, вообще не поняли зачем к чему и для кого. Это же пыле/ клеще сборник(((. Вообще коврово/ паласные покрытия на полу, это всегда ответственность,это более тщательная уборка и тд. Зачем делать такое покрытие, если не готов ко всему этому ? На завтраках есть все самое необходимое. Достаточно стандартно , без ах как вкусно. Яйца различного приготовления , овощи, фрукты пару вариантов выпечки , йогурты, чай, кофе. Но не понравилась и опять же удивил момент. Встречают, номер комнаты и идёшь сам выбирать стол. Тут же тебя сажают куда они хотят. Посадили под кондиционером, второй раз я сказала сама выберу стол.
Вердикт. За 200 уе ночь могло бы быть все на мноо лучше .((
Пои заселении берут залог. Или местными налом или по карте . Другую валюта налом не принимают. На возврат денежных средств по карте выписали и дали чек.

I left my expensive AirPods on my bed while checking out in the morning at 7.45. I reported this at 10 am and was told someone would check the room and call me back within an hour, but no one did. I called again at 2 pm to get an update. After being on hold for 15 minutes, I was told the front desk was busy and that someone would call me back immediately, but again, no one called.
I called once more at 3 pm and, as usual, was kept on hold for another 15 minutes and told that everyone was busy. My flight was at 6 pm, so I expressed my disappointment and left for the airport.
If money or valuable belongings were needed from me, you could have simply asked, rather than resorting to such dishonest actions.
I am requesting a formal review of this matter and a clear response regarding the status of my missing property. I also consider it important to document and share this experience so that others may exercise appropriate caution.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was very clean and well looked after. The breakfast was really good with lots of variety. The location is ideal - so close to a MRT station so getting around was super easy. We would stay here again for sure!
